Absolutely Km: Exciting!

“God, Km is about to face a challenging interview for her new job. First, thank you for this opportunity. Thank you that you care about providing for her needs, and fitting her in the right employment situation is something you yourself are working to complete. I know she has you on her side in this matter. You are looking out for her best interest and I know you have a perfect job fit for her.

If this is that perfect fit, then make it perfectly clear to her and to those who are making the hiring decision. Begin now to prepare the opening of doors in time and place where she knows this will meet. Set the tone in the room. I know that first impressions matter a great deal, so help her to be the natural “Km” that you have created, so that they can see through her nervousness and anxiety to the person you have created her to be.

Give Km a peaceful and sharp mind. Bring to her memory all the knowledge and wisdom that is already there. Let your joy and contentment flow out through her words. And whatever the result, let this process be a blessing to those who review her case, and also to her and her family along the way. Lord, right now help Km receive your peace. We trust you to work in and through this interview process. We trust You to provide for all her needs. And if this is your perfect fit, then let nothing stand in the way. If it is not right, then close the door and lead her quickly to the right next step.

In Your Name we bless those who will be conducting this interview. Give them wisdom, peace and rest as well. we receive now, ahead of time, your promise – ” I will never leave you or forsake you!” we pray for Km believing this and if she is like me, oh, does she need it. Smile. She does not go into this interview alone. You, and her family here are with her in prayer. And with confidence, she can confidently receive Your peace. Help Km, now, to feel that peace. In Jesus…Amen”

May God bless it from start to finish! Trust in Him to have you do well....

Trust in Jesus alone, relax in him and know the interview is second and you will shine through. If the interview doesn't go how you planned do know that it was not meant to be. Also if something doesn't feel right to you about the environment then question whether you even want the job.

Praise Jesus

Now, after the job interview two have to agree if you should get that job.

You. As in do you want it now that you heard more about it?

And God. If something is hinky about that job, or it's just not the right fit for you, God will make sure you don't get it, even if you want it. He's protective like that. (He also gives us jobs that make us regret getting them too, but always with a lesson plan involved to teach us something about him in the process.)

Otherwise, if you get it, that's on God too.

Every which way, this is for your good and his glory.

You are right about that. I prayed for a job and got it but it was a nightmare. I learned my lesson. This time I prayed that Gods will be done. But it's hard bcuz I know that if I don't get a job soon I will not have any place to go. If that is God's will for me to be homeless then I'm all for it. Or if this job is not for me than He will provide. But I actually prayed God's will to be done with this job process, not mine any more.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
