You are not alone. Many Christians have to fight the same battle as you. I do! I am 50 and I struggle all the time. The only way to deal with it is give it to God and run!. Sex is so powerfull. Sexual sins are the only ones that we are not to try to face head on. God's word says to flea from it. So give it to Him.
