Mr. Southside, You need to speak life don't say things like ( My Mental Illness is taking ahold of me again). Try something like Mental illness has taken hold of me again, but I know I am an overcomer. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I will put my trust in him because I know where my help comes from. Do not claim things that you do not want as a part of your life. If you want healing only speak healing and love. Here is the hard part even when you don't feel it you must speak life, joy, love hope and faith. Read God's truth find verses that speak to what is going on in your life. Then speak his word over your life. Saturate yourself with what God has said you are not what you think you are. Ask God to forgive and heal you and from any personality trait that does not bring him glory. Then open yourself up to him and follow him as he enters and changes your life. Walk in faith not by how you feel and your emotions will follow what you say .
