Thank you for taking the time for reading and praying for me. Lately anytime I do something good (work out or read the bible for example)I feel a heavy burden of negative energy. My prayer is that it will disappear in God's perfect love and peace.

keenen my brother, I am praying for you. It's strange when you are doing good Godly things, you feel let down. I am praying that God relieve you of this negative energy. May He replace it with strong positive energy, that will keep you moving forward in faith with Him. Stay strong and do not let this get you down! Do not give up on your bible reading and working out. I don't know where your neg.energy is coming from, but I know God can and will change it. I will continue to pray for you, God's blessings on you!
