I just met a girl tonight who has quite a story and is incredibly hungry for Jesus. Apparentally her grandmother was a missionary in India and her mother loves Jesus too. She comes from a very broken family. As a child, she, her mother, and 3 of her 8 siblings lived amongst a group of families at the church when they were without a home. Apparently, Jen was hurt by the church and took off into the world to find better friends. She got into crime and relationships and lived a bad life for quite some time. She is now 33 and just got married to her 3rd husband. When he received a letter in the mail that part of her past was catching up to her, she found the nearest church and begged for God to come back to her. This was in September. She came to church and has started going to our midweek service. Her husband is seeking, but is very uncomfortable with her new found friends and lifestyle.
Please pray for Jen and Nelson.

Abba, we trust Jen and Nelson to You, because only You know what's best for them.
I ask that You open the eyes of Jen's and Nelson's understanding, and pour grace upon them.
Lavish Jen with Your love and grace so she can see Jesus. Give her heart
forgiveness for those who hurt her. Help her to realize we are all silly sheep,
and we all let each other down. But may she also see that YOU, oh Lord,
will never, ever disappoint her or leave her. Please help her leave the past where is is...
gone, and to move forward to receive the love and redemption You hold out to her.
You are so kind, Abba. Please heal Jen's heart, and cause her to run to You for forgiveness
and salvation. Thank You so much that You have introduced her to Jordache, and through
our sister have caused Jen to seek You, even if she doesn't realize it yet. ♥

Abba, for Nelson I pray that he will look kindly on his wife's new friends.
I pray there is nothing in his past that he would allow to come between You and him.
Please, just move everything out of the way, so this couple can see Your Son.
