I need prayer please. Many know I lost a daughter in 2007,
at age 45. Then her son died, one year later at age 22. I
have been doing well until.....

Today I went to my mailbox and there was my Granddaughters
wedding invitation. She is 29. It was her Mother and brother we
lost to death.

I came into the house, opened the envelope and pull out the card,
and off the page jumped my daughters name. It said "The parents
................( fathers name )
and the late .........................my daughters name, and that was
all I saw.....I saw one line...... I lost it.... I went in circles crying,
holding my head..... I sat in my chair sobbing, rocking her in my
wrapped arms around my tummy..... I was so in grief for her and
pained because she will not be here to see her daughter married.
The story is too long to go into, but I ask anyone who understands
the feeling of what I am saying, no matter what you may think of
me, could you please pray for me ? I need to be well for my Granddaughter
and attend a shower for her this week end. I must not focus on
what my daughter has lost and is missing. I must think of my precious
Granddaughter and her new husband to be.

Thank you in advance. I have health issues that does is affected
by stress. I want to not focus on my daughter not seeing her daughter
marry a wonderful young man. God bless.

Thank you so much. I know the pain of grief is hurting me now, but I remember the scripture does
say, He will turn our mourning into dancing. I must keep focus on Him.
Also I ask for prayer for healing for my husband please. He needs healing physical....~

Lord, please bless this sweet lady. I pray she is given strength in the midst of so many difficulties, that she may celebrate this blessed union in celebration of what her family has overcome, that she will not forget what she's lost, but that her daughter's memory will live on in her granddaughter as she starts a new life and is joined in holy union with her beloved gentleman.

Also please help her and her husband become stronger in mind, body, and spirit. Amen.

Dear J-kay,

I am so sorry to hear how your heart has been ripped apart with the passing of your daughter and your gran son. I don't know what it is like to lose a child and gran child. I am so sorry for your loss.

However, I do know what it's like to walk down the isle on my wedding day and not have a mom. I lost mine at 18 in a car accident. Though I had a father and 2 brothers whom I love, nothing replaces a mother. I know what it's like to become pregnant and give birth without a mom. I know to much about about what it's like to raise children with out a mom and they know what it's like not having a gran mother.

I also know what it's like to be totally blessed and loved upon. My gran mother who lived in another state who I adored came in and helped me with the details and stood by my side since my mom couldn't. She helped me plan everything. She also came in and helped me both times when I had my babies as they were both c-sections and I was so thankful she loved me that much and served me. She loved the lord and was a women of faith. She was 40 years older than I and she was a hard worker and she did it for me and for the love of God and knew what I had been through. She wanted to see that I wasn't alone during these important times when a daughter needs a mom the most.

So J-kay gran mothers can be just as important as mothers. I love my gran mother for all her goodness and her giving nature to me and my babies. I just became a gran mother last year and I will do anything and everything for my daughter and my gran daughter and every minute I think about what a beautiful spirit my gran mother was. I want to pray for you and your gran daughter.

Dear Father,
I ask that you give strength and peace to J-kay and her gran daughter, now and forever; as the gran daughter goes through all the milestones in life where a mother would naturally be standing by her daughters side. I ask that you give J-kay wisdom to know that her presence is what her gran daughter will need during these milestones.

I ask that you comfort J-kay once again and hold her in your loving arms so that she may have peace when she can't bear the hurt that never goes away. I ask for joy and happiness to abound during these celebrations and that all can smile and reminisce when the mothers name is mentioned. In Jesus name Amen.

I will keep you in my prayers, God Bless you

Oh, wow.... tears ::::: You have a word from the Lord for me. I thank you so much for
sharing your experience. I am 68 now and my prayers for my granddaughter has always
been, "Lord let me live long enough to see her marry a good Christian man." There are
details I can't go into publicly re: her need for a loving and understanding and patient
husband. She went to school with him, and they never dated. They met up after both
graduated form University and began dating. I have to tell you I wept so much today
I thought the tears would never stop. Then .....ALL here have prayed for me, and God
has heard them. I owe thanks to those who cared enough to pray.
Regarding your Mother not being there .... how dumb of me not to think of others who
have not had Mother to be there for them at the most important time of their life. Thank
you for the reminder that is why God has kept me here for her ...for such a time as this.
I am sorry you went through your times without your mother, but Praise God for giving
you your wonderful Grandmother to love and cherish you. Thank you for reminding me
even though I am here for her, I can never take her moms place. She is an independent
young woman who will be 30 in Oct. She marries in Sept. 21st .... I am looking at the
bright side now, because I believe if her Mom would or could be here, she would be so
happy to see her daughter and love her future son in law. Now I gain a new grandson.
God bless you so much and to God be the Glory, Honor and Power, amen.....

I am still keeping husband lifted in prayer and thank you for that also. Pray please he
has and uses wisdom. He can be stubborn...

Nuns and Roses, Thank you so much for praying. I honestly can say the prayers are
taking effect. I have grieved and the tears still come easily, but I think when I saw
those words on the announcement.... the LATE .......... (mother ) that was like hearing
news over again.... "my daughter died." But, we know God is faithful and I just really
needed this extra help .. Usually I don't post personal things for prayer, but man this
hit hard today. I will be okay and I thank you also for praying for my husband. I
do ask for wisdom and healing... for him to heal or at least find the cause since it
is the second event with in a month. God bless you.

J-Kay, your loved ones are in a better place now. It is always hard to loose someone dear -> but we should move on. You should do it for yourself first -> and then for the rest people like your granddaughter and others. I will pray for you. May God give peace and comfort to your heavy soul.

God bless.
