Dear Lord God,
With all honor and glory to you, I come humbly before you. Please Lord, forgive us, hear our prayers. You know that I was and am never married, but there are lots of things going around the world. The Divorce thing is inevitable. I felt real bad because most of the people wanted to get married and most of the people wanted to get divorced. Is this a matter of choice or have no choice? Why after all that they invested to the marriage turn into nothing? Are you allowing this for our good or are you only allowing this because of our stubbornness? Please, LORD. Satan is harvesting many divorced people right now. The job is immense, but the workers are few. The harvest of divorce is plentiful, but the successful marriages are few.
Lord, what we have to do right now? Unless you’re not there in our relationship, nothing good will occur. Unless we chose to get separated from our loved ones because we are standing firm in our faith in you, then and only then we have to do it even to the point of death.
Lord, we cried all night. Having a spouse is a blessing, but why it turns out to be a curse? And even after getting divorced, it doesn’t matter if the blessing continue or not continue, but what matters most is YOU are with us in every decision we make. Father, examine our hearts, test us and if there’s something that is not desirable, help us to take away from it and stand steadfast.
Thank you, Lord for giving us always opportunity to repent. And if we are so stubborn not to grab that opportunity, then Lord, may your will be done.
We prayed all these things in the Mighty name of JESUS CHRIST, Amen.
