As a life-long sufferer of sinus problems, I have found that Vitamin C (I like
raspberry EmergenC) helps me immensely. I have learned that the body will
efficiently use a dosage (100 - 3,00O mg?) that is "just enough to give one a
'touch of diarrhea'" and then just "decrease the dosage enough" to stop that
problem, eh? Hope this helps...
