I am sorry to hear about this. Long distance relationships are extremely hard, but the heartbreak and pain of a broken relationship is the same.
I will be praying for you, and I will pray that the miracle in your life is that you would find how much God loves you. More than anyone else, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
This person gave up on you because of distance, maybe you might like to consider that love is patient and long suffering.
If this person truly, truly loved you, they would be waiting and trying to do their best to be with you as well.
Love never gives up. And Love always hopes and perseveres.
Maybe, just maybe how about stopping for a while and deliberating. Is it worth it to put so much effort to make a visit to this person, and what if when that does materialize , he doesn't share the same sentiments?
What if, his love didn't stand the test? Why isn't he trying to come and visit you?
Love cannot be measured by distance. I will pray that God answers the desires of your heart, but I hope that you will find something better. True love in Christ and assurance from someone who can be beside you .
