Your son will be in my prayers. I think God has a special place in his heart for teens. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 13:11
When I was a child I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. I lost my son at age 16. Show him love and let him see God working in your life. He will come around, God will draw him in.

Thank you mellowEd, I appreciate your prayers. I'm so sorry to hear about your son, it must have been dreadful. I worry every day that I might get that dreaded call, and know that he never got to the point of salvation. I try to think that God might reach out on the last minute but who knows what happens. I can only pray and hope that God will reveal himself to Nicholas and show him his glory and power so that he can be saved.

I'll be praying for Nicholas also!! When I was a teen, I ran away from God, but he pulled me back in. I had all kinds of people praying for me. I'll be praying that the same thing happens to Nicholas and that God will send his angel's to protect him! I'm praying for you also..In the mean time stay strong and allow God to do His thing!! And mellowEd I'm really sorry to hear about your son!!

Prayer sent for your son. I pray for you and your whole family too. Keep praying for him and believe it will be... Don't live in fear of what may happen to him, rather live with great hope in what could very easily happen to him in a very grand way! Hope and Prayers will get this task accomplished. Will surely pray for your son!. had A son who was into the world also..he changed-- so Don't give up!! .as the bible says..Raise up a child etc etc.and he will return to what he was taught.. My son did..so Now I am praying for my daughter..I think she is heading towards a new way of thinking after a big scare etc.
