Thank you

I also have a question.. I hear a lot of people who got better by miracles, when things looked impossible.. But I only hear of people who basically were believers and worshiped the Lord... My friend is not a believer.. And he was never interested in hearing or knowing about it.. Do you think God would still help him? It also worries me that if he won't survive.. that he might not go to heaven..
He was a lovely guy, he helped me a lot and like i mentioned, he was the only person i trusted, he was kind, polite, caring, hardworker.. but he didn't believe .
What do you think..?

My friend was not a believer, he knew of Jesus, but at the time of his injury, he had pretty much walked in the world in some pretty bad ways.
I did hear that he had accepted Jesus brfore he died.
Comas are very unpredictible, my daughter's friend, she is saved, was in a come for 3 months, when she finnally came out of it she had alot of rehab and is still working to gain back a normal life.
The most important part of faith in prayers for healing is a willing heart, setting your request before God with praise and thanksgiving, yet knowing, that the outcome is Gods decision.
And being willing to accept what is done with compleat trust and faith in God.
You do not know if your friend may have accepted Jesus in the last moments before the coma, or even while he is in the coma, for the power of God and His understanding is to great for us to conceive.
And many recieve Jesus in their heart , quietly.
You need to know as well, that in Jesus, God will not fail you either, His love is so infinite, and all He does is decided in this great love for you, your friend, and all of us.
Trust your friend to Gods care and love, and trust yourself as well to God.
Do so with praise and thanksgiving!
Jesus will bring all you need for both of you.

Your friend and you continue in my prayers with praise and thanksgiving.

God bless

Thank You Pickles.

" the most important part of faith in prayers for healing is a willing heart" That is very true the way you said it. Sadly i still can't cope or accept things. I pray in fear because and im ashamed to say this but deep inside, i dont believe that he will make him get better.. that he might save him. i can't feel it.

Ill be trying harder to trust God with everything.

Thank you again for the prayers.

I know how difficult it can be to believe, when one sees no hope.
But Jesus carries you in this untill you are able.
.In Romans, scripture speaks to this, believing in what we do not see.
I remember the first time I trully took this step, and the delight of Gods love in Jesus filled me.
I did not get what I wanted, but I did recieve everything I needed in Jesus.

You and your friend continue in my prayers in Jesus.

God bless

Thank you all..
And Pickles, I am trying so hard, all the time. I'm going through ups and downs though but at least there are ups.
And about my friend, there are still no changes in his situation.

Thank you all once again for the prayers.

Oh RedSquirrel, I hope I was not overdoing the encouragement.
I just wanted to encourage you and let you know that there is always hope in Jesus. :)
Just know you are not alone, and that many here, me as well, do care about your friend and you during this difficult struggle.
I continue to lift both you and your friend up in Jesus for all salvation, healing, and comfort.

God bless

Red, please remember what Pickles said about God's power. We really have no way of knowing or understanding what the Lord might do (or have done) in your friend's heart.

I'm so sorry for all you're going through, both in love of your friend, and in your own walk with the Lord. Don't beat yourself up, please dear child of the Father. It's a process, and it's His will to carry you through the process personally.
So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Phil. 2:12-13
He wills it, and He does it regarding you working out your salvation. Your willingness to allow the process, and staying close to God is your part. I hope that's somewhat encouraging.

My prayers for your friend, his family, and for you will continue.

My dad said the same, and I do realise that we are supposed to suffer here in order to gain the eternal life, but sometimes when everything starts to fall apart it gets a bit too much.. But I keep praying and hoping.
And I also pray and hope that my friend has got a chance to repent and will be entering God's kingdom soon.

I was wondering though, in my county withdrawing life support is not allowed.. And as far as I know for us it is a sin ( I'm a Maronite which is the same as a Catholic).. However my friend is in an other country at the mo, and rules differ, but for Christians in general, is it considered a sin?
As believers shouldn't we keep hoping?
Or is it that I just want him to stay alive because I want him here on earth ..
A lot of relatives of mine have passed away during these years and I was always able to pull myself and be strong, but this time just seems the hardest.

Thank you all for your prayers and I'm sorry for keep going on and on about it, but I feel like I'll lose my mind if I dont.

sweetie, don't you worry one bit about "going on and on". We don't see it that way, and btw, that's why we're here! ♥
family, helping out in time of need.

I weep with you, my friend. idk about the life support thing...I'm sure people have differing opinions. It's not your decision to make, so I'll pray the Lord will help you with whatever happens. I admire you wanting your friend to be alive and well. I guess for ALL of us it's partly selfish...but love makes us want to be together, I think.
I'm committed to praying for you in all of this, and for your friend and all those who love him. ♥

They withdrew the life support yesterday ( 22 hours ago) , the doctors say that it might take a day or so before he passes away, but may also pass away quickly.
I have not heard anything from then, because his mum said ( and since they are in an other country) that once things are settled she will call me. I guess that from this it means that he either passed away now or is going to very soon.

We had an argument just a while before he went to his operation, which means that we never got time to talk afterward .. It was not my fault ( the argument that is ) but even with that I can't seem to let it go.. I can't cope with that we never got to say sorry again.. that he passed away upset with me.
I love him so much, because he was everything to me, and i just wanted to let him know once again, although i did tell him that after the argument but he didnt respond.

Pshychomom thank you so much for the continuous praying for all of us, and thanks to everyone who is putting up with me as well, I'm mentioning you all in my praeyrs too.
