in the last couple years i have developed anxiety and panic attacks. i have gotten them undercontrole with prayer but recently i have had an overwhelming sense of fear. it doesnt help with all the talk of the end of the wrld on may 21st as i have struggled with that fear since i was young. but prayers would help. thank you all.


i did post this in another section before i saw the prayer request section so i apologize.

Fear not, God has your back !!!

Dear Brother Kyle, you are a child of the God who created the universe. You have nothing to fear. You have life eternal.

The world is not going to end this Sunday. How can I be so sure? Because Satan has to come first and take over the world, trying to decieve as many people as possible that he is Jesus. That has not happened yet.

And when "the end" comes, we will be changed in an instant from this earthly flesh to an eternal body for eternity.

Talk to your Father God often, go out and spend time with your Brothers and Sisters in Jesus, they can be a great help to you. Also, read the Bible (prayerfully a bit everyday, and find a good Christian church. We were not meant to spend this life without our Christian family. I pray that our Lord grants you faith over-whelming, peace, tranquility and joy, in Jesus name, Amen

Fear no more, Jesus is with-in you

Keep praying! It is our strongest weapon against the master of lies, fear and hate

For some people it seems to help to use visualization, for instance;
When something scares you, imagine wrapping the whole situation in a crate, putting the crate in a container and then dumping the container in the ocean
