Please remember that you have all the armor that God gives you. At all times carry faith as your shield to put out all the burning arrows shot by the Evil One.
I once suffered greatly from anxiety, often to the point of panic attacks. The knowledge of Norman Vincent Peale helped me to overcome it. He helped me rationalize through my attacks, to see that they were only my fears of the future which I had no control over. That trusting God with my future was my only hope.
I will be praying for you and trust you to God's guidance and care.
