I'm asking for prayers for my superman (son). He was born at 25weeks and 4days. He is now almost 4months old (should be 2weeks old) Eli, spent 87 long days in the NICU and fought a very hard fight to stay alive. (I'm very proud of him and very thankful God had mercy) He came home on January 6th. He was doing great until Thursday when he got very sick. He was hospitalized on Sunday. The doctors have found he has Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) ( a virus that causes infections of the lungs and respiratory tract) its very deadly for young preemie babies. Because he has this, Eli has had a very hard time breathing. He has even stopped breathing a few times already and its caused his chronic lung disease to became worse. Aslo they fear his heart is working too hard to keep up with his breathing. I know God is in control and his will, will be done. I ask you all, if you would please take the time to say a prayer for Eli. I would very much appreciate it. :)

Oh, my! You're a truly courageous woman, Pres, and a wonderful, loving mother. I will lift up your son and you too in prayer.

Heavenly Father, thank you for who you are and for all you've done. Thank you for my dear sister, Pres, and her son, Eli. Thank you that she loves you, and more importantly, that you love her. Bring healing to Eli, Lord. Bring spiritual, mental and physical healing. In this time, Jesus, please pour your living peace and joy over Pres and Eli. Fill them with your love. Help them to feel that abundant love you have for them. Thank you. Amen.

Father God I thank you for this baby.....our boy Eli.....for making him strong.....for holding him close....
for giving him a fast recovery...... for bringing him home to his family.......for the miracle that he is......I thank you in Jesus' mighty name.....amen.......

Anytime my sister......my first baby was 2 months early......that was over 30 years ago.....
She was just 2lbs.....it was slow at the start.....but once God took over.....she grew quickly...
now she is a mom of three....she grew quickly and caught up ......I pray the same for you......

Father, thank you for our sweet sister Pres, and for little Eli.
Lord, You alone have gotten him this far, and we are grateful and full of praise to You.
thank You, too, that You know just what it's like to love Your children, and You've given us a Great High Priest who knows just what it's like to be one of us.
i ask for healing of the RSV, and for breath, and for steady heartbeat for Eli.
i ask, too, for peace for his mommy, who loves him like no one else.
may fear be far from her, and trust in You, through Your very own strength, be hers in abundance.
thank You for always hearing us, for Jesus' sake, amen.

Father,

thank You for giving this child healing. LORD, we know that it is Your desire to bless, to save and to give life more abundantly. Thank You for giving us the assurance that we have in Your perfect work. I continue to pray for this family, GOD, that You will renew their bodies and minds in You daily, that You will give them strength in their limbs and organs, breathe Your everlasting life into their ears and lips.

Look at how he's fought! I pray you help him this very hour in Christ's most holy name. And may You also touch Pres in Your special way. Look at how she comes humbly in prayer! I wanna thank you all so much!!!!!

Eli is coming home today! He is over the RSV. His heart scan came back and showed everything is good :)
Unfortunately his lungs are worse and they are sending him home on oxygen for at least a year.

THANK YOU GOD!!!!!

if you would like to confound the wisdom of the docs and make
the length of time oxygen is needed shorter, that would be neat to see.
