I am going to have to quit smoking! Every morning when I wake up my heart races as soon as I get up out of the bed and I feel light headed. I wish I knew for sure that the cigs where the absolute culprite in causing my heart issues and that may reasure me knowing if I quit I will not have that problem anymore.I would be like Yippee at least that will calm my anxiety disorder as far as the health anxiety that I have!It is hard for anyone to quit but if you have anxiety the way you think and worry in much greater than the average smoker and non smoker or anyone in general. sometimes life can be great or nothing is really going on and BOOM you are having physical and Phycological symptoms from your anxiety and what do I do?I lite up a cig and my silly brain thinks it has calmed it down but it is only alittle bit before it has to be repeated because it is not a constant cure to the stress and when you want to stop it actually makes you feel worse and when you think that you are ill from something bad wrong why?in the world my mind does not wrap around the fact that all of this is a vicious cycle and add smoking it is worse I know so you think I could stop! I need anyone and anybody to pray for me because I think that if I can deal with anxiety for so long and the pain of it not being something I can wish away that I can deal withdrawl of cigs long enough to be rid of the habit and see the other side the light!Pls lord bless we and get me through with comfort and peace. Heal me lord of the addiction and the ailments that the smoking has already caused me for so long!!!!!

Smoking is suicide. Control yourself. It took me six weeks to escape the cravings, when I quit smoking.

I am ashamed that I ever smoked. I also know for a fact that it causes a lot more than lung cancer and heart issues. It can cause nerve damage depending on your genes. Do you feel lucky, if you do keep smoking.

I am here to tell you it's not worth it. So I will pray for you sister.

Dear Father in Heaven,

I pray for jesus4ua4me as she requested. I want her to take my warning seriously and I want to lift her up to you in prayer. Please have her remember that her body is a temple . That by smoking she is not honoring it. That she needs to take this seriously as you have great plans for her but if she gets sick, she will let you down as she will not full fill her purpose. In Jesus name, Amen

Praying for strength in the Lord to overcome this battle and help in fighting this addiction. Just remember each hour not smoking is a step in the right direction. Keep positive and each time you feel the need, pray or sing a worship song, call someone or read the word. You can do this. Seek the Lord for help :) God bless!

A coworker and I were just talking today about the number of cigarettes my cousin, who is 47 and has smoked for about 30 yrs, has smoked as well as the cost. He has averaged about 25 cigarettes a day, so about 9125 cigarettes a year, equaling an astonishing 273,750 cigarettes SO FAR!! At a conservative cost of 5 bucks a pack that is $68,435!! I pray in Jesus name that you would both quit.

Take your cares to God and submit to Him. I'm on day 4 and this wasn't planned. I've smoked one or two each day, but the cravings have really eased up. I just felt a rebellious attitude being nurtured by the cigarettes. I prayed for you.

God bless.
