Well, this year hasn't necessarily been the best. I relapsed, so I fell back into drugs and hanging out with the wrong people. My grandpa and uncle died both in the same month. My parents are unaware of my drug problem and I don't have the heart to tell them because they think I'm their good child. And Christmas is almost here, I haven't had good experiences with Christmas in the past, hoping this year is different. I guess just be praying for me through this season, struggling so much.

I'm sorry to hear what you are going through. Drug addictions are very difficult. I understand your reluctance to tell your parents but my advice would be to tell them. Bring it to the light. It will take courage and they will be upset obviously, but it is better that they know so they can support you and help you.

Praying for you, and for a better future! :)

I completely understand as an Alcoholic myself and take it one day at a time. I also lost both my grandmother and fiancé in the month of August. I struggle financially and mentally. My only suggestion is pray, read your bible. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you strength to get away from the drugs. It's easier said than done. God has giving me so much strength. Faith, Hope and determination is needed only God can give it to you. Try to seek help from professionals. Parents might not understand completely but might show support. Best wishes, I'll pray for you and remember your not alone. God bless

Huge hugs sidekick, just glad to see you here again. :)
Jesus remains faithful, even when we do not, know that you remain in my heart and prayers in Jesus.
You are so much more valueable than you know to God Our Father, just keep faith in Jesus, and He will reviel just how much.:)
For God called you with His love, with His everlasting love.
This scripture from psalms comforts me often...
For God caused a gentle rain to fall upon a dry land, renewing His promise when we were weary.

You remain in my prayers in Jesus.
Hugs and God bless

"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." (NLT) ( Jeremiah 29:11 )

Do you worry about tomorrow? Remember that God has a beautiful plan for you. Simply do your best in the things that you know, and lean on God for the worries that are out of your control. God may not give you your version of a perfect day tomorrow, but have faith that He has bigger plans for you in due time.

Thank you all for the advice, encouragement, and support. It really helps a lot. I know my future will be great, I just get impatient a lot, and want all of this to be over. It makes me mad sometimes. But I'm relying totally on God to give me strength and courage.
