Anxiety is a thief. It comes quietly to rob peace of mind, it is from the darkness of evil. The kingdom of God is within you, the bible says this, and the wicked one wants to rob, you of God's treasures. Know for sure, that the Words of the LOrd are destructive against the attacks, take the Sword of the Spirit, the scripture and take the stand against these lies, God wants you to sleep sweetly in his peace, and rest, it is the world that does not have any peace, for it says, "There is no peace, no rest unto the wicked, for they are like the troubled sea, tossed to and fro. Father we call unto thee, in Jesus name, no weapon formed against us shall prosper, insomia you are cursed in Jesus name, and destroyed powerless over this sister, "no tongue risen up in Judgement shall prevail, this is the heritage of the children of the Rightous Lord." We turn our eyes upon thee Lord, and our Face is as Flint, we will not turn away from thee.

Doesnt that suck? You cant sleep because of anxiety, and you get anxiety because you havent slept. Its like a vicious cycle. LOL i know how that feels all too well... Praying the Lord will close your eyes and lift you up in his hands to find the most inner peace you have ever felt. I imagine him wrapping you around His blanket of comfort. I imagine Satan being cast far down, since Satan can not stand where the Heavenly father is present. Sleep well, and if you wouldnt mind, keep me in your prayers for the same thing. God bless.

I will pray for you. I hope you learn to breathe. Breathe deep when your fears intensify and concentrate on breathing deeply, from the bottom you must breathe through the fears. Then concentrate on relaxing a thing at a time starting with your feet. Work your way up to relax your whole body and pay most attention to hands and shoulders and neck and face and breathing deep while you do this. You will feel how much you are tense. You will feel steel structure relaxing and bending and giving in.
Anxiety is a ghost. It cannot harm you and God would not let it. I pray you continue to get good sleep and relax and be whole. In Jesus Name, this prayer will be answered.
