I am needing prayers for my battles with depression. It started after my divorce last year and a short time through my teen years growing up watching my mother and stepfather fight a lot. I have hid it my sadness for a long time, until a Prophet spoke with me at one of our church services. He saw right through me. I felt lifted at church, but now just days later I am back to feeling lonely and abandoned. After years of abuse and a failed marriage, I have deep scars that are yet to be completely healed.

Just remeber where our true home is, this is just our temporary home.
Love In Jesus Amen

Hebrews 12:2
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

2 Cor 4:18
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

I'll be praying for you grace. Just lift your eyes to the one who loves you and created you. And ask Him and let Him take your depression away. He loves you and never wants to see you down, come to Him and surrender all! God bles7

Well.. its pretty clear that your childhood/adolescence is the root cause of your problems, huh? Feeling rejected and stuff. This problem will carry on until you fix it.

Praying that God shines His love heals all scars, all troubles, all pain and all self-doubt. Praying that He fills in the gaps, healing and restoring you in His perfect image!

*Hugs*

It seems you faced some hard times and getting sad and mourning losses is normal. However, if the feelings linger and interfering with new relationships and your enjoyment of them. There are things you can do to help your self.
1. Get a physical to be sure your well ....check with your Doctor.....
2. Excercise 15-30min a day can make a big difference in your physical and mental out look and definitely and important part of your day
3. Eat well... get good nutrition, take vitamin supplements, B complex good sources for the nervous system, mult vit, do some research on supplements that will help, if over weight get help to loose weight example medifast is a good program recommended by doctors for weight loss....but find something that works but eating well is important and eliminating sugar rich foods important as well.
4.Express your self through art, music, dance, a journel, a blog, Often talking about how you feel is a good outlet for your feelings so they don't stay built up inside causing you more harm then good
5. While each of the things from your past and present that have occurred are quite painful and hurtful take time each day to find the positive things in your life some times we take for granted all the good things we do have focus and make a list of all the positive things you are exposed to each day from a smile to the sun shinning to being able to walk or talk or even type.....make the list of good stuff place it on the refrigerator door
6.As a women pay attention to your cycle since sometimes your period can cause depression and often can occur worse close to your period and doctors do little to help women understand there menstrual cycle and how it can deeply affect there mood....there are supplements that can help with this like Chinese herb dong guai.sold and local health food store or ..b;complex as well but do some research on PMS and what helpful natural herbs can help you to overcome some of there debilitating affects....get an app on your phone to log your cycle and your mood ....a lot of apps for menstrual cycle allow you to do that ...find a doctor who understand the affects of PMS on ones body
7. Do just what you did ask for prayer, read.... Psalms.... David faced lot of difficult times and in Psalms you will find many of his prayers and encouraging words from God One of my Favorites Is Psalm 121 I will lift up mine eyes to the hills
from whence cometh my help,
my help cometh from the Lord,
the Lord which made Heaven and Earth.

He said He will not suffer thy foot,
thy foot to be moved, Lord which keepeth thee,
He will not slumber nor sleep.

Bridge
For the Lord is thy keeper,
the Lord is thy shade
upon thy right hand,
upon thy right hand.

Nor the sun shall not smite thee by day,
nor the moon by night,
He shall preserve thy soul
even forever more.

[Chorus:]
My help, my help, my help,
all of my help cometh from the Lord.
Song from Brooklyn Tabernacle using Psalm 121 called my help

Find a good sister in the Lord a good trusting friend and confide in them your hurts or concerns then give that up in prayer to God and move on with your day until you feel overwhelmed again and when you do feel no shame in asking for help again . Your not alone many many women and men face this and when we do God is a great resource in prayer......and he has given us resources here on earth to help us through those difficult times. I pray that just some of the above resources will help you. Do not be discouraged nor dismayed because the Lord always see our pain and will always send you some comfort......and just like your name by his grace he helps us despite ourselves he will send you help........just be alert to reach out your hand as well.....God Bless .....

PS: What I wrote above Grace.... I wrote because those things helped me tremendously.....and when I was in the most pain ever from events that where extremely hurtful ..........I joined the choir in order to praise God even when everything around me seem bleak and I can testify that God did bless... , did send comfort,.... did provide and my ex who was once my enemy is now a friend ......however.. we can not always count on people who cause us pain to change but we can count on God to help us face our own troubles and give us strength to move on despite what we even see...........he gives us strength to keep going and to be a good steward of all that he has given to us.....A Pastor in Oregon once told me during a very difficult time .....that my focus should be on being a good steward of all that God has given to me and it was very good advice it took me out of the mind set of my sadness of what I wanted to happen to being focused on taking care of what I did have even if I lost something important to me I needed to still take care of what I still had and cherish it.........Stay well Grace may God send his Angels around you .........may his holy spirit fill you and give you strength each and every day..........
