the Lord which made Heaven and Earth.
He said He will not suffer thy foot,
thy foot to be moved, Lord which keepeth thee,
He will not slumber nor sleep.
Bridge
For the Lord is thy keeper,
the Lord is thy shade
upon thy right hand,
upon thy right hand.
Nor the sun shall not smite thee by day,
nor the moon by night,
He shall preserve thy soul
even forever more.
[Chorus:]
My help, my help, my help,
all of my help cometh from the Lord.
Song from Brooklyn Tabernacle using Psalm 121 called my help
Find a good sister in the Lord a good trusting friend and confide in them your hurts or concerns then give that up in prayer to God and move on with your day until you feel overwhelmed again and when you do feel no shame in asking for help again . Your not alone many many women and men face this and when we do God is a great resource in prayer......and he has given us resources here on earth to help us through those difficult times. I pray that just some of the above resources will help you. Do not be discouraged nor dismayed because the Lord always see our pain and will always send you some comfort......and just like your name by his grace he helps us despite ourselves he will send you help........just be alert to reach out your hand as well.....God Bless .....
