Something that's really good that may sound strange is milk with blackstrap molasses mixed in. We have a cow therefore we have good milk on hand, and like to buy blackstrap molasses by the gallon. 1 TBSP of that kind of molasses has 25% of your daily iron.

Yes I know and would not be interested in a secular taught anthropology. It's probably just more of a hobby interest of mine that I can learn from books and YouTube rather than college I think.

No I haven't but there are things im interested in that I'd love to study. Like Greek and Hebrew, to be able to read the bible in the original languages. Also I think anthropology is fascinating, and I'd love to take a writing course. But I really don't know what college I would or should go to.
