I wouldn't be so sure that is really true. There is a lot happening in Israel. They are gaining new alliances pertaining to the Third Temple. I believe and the New Sanhedrin confirms that they are preparing for a interfaith Temple. And they are also getting ready to establish global Noahide Law.

It is not up to me to judge why a person does or does not receive healing. I believe that God heals the same as he healed then. Just because he is resurrected doesn't mean that He doesn't heal through the Holy Spirit. But I don't believe it is always Gods Will or timing.
