I agree it's okay to be angry sometimes. I don't personally know anyone that bashes women when they are angry. But I know it happens and I would agree that it's definitely a red flag, it's wrong.

But they are learning. They may not realize it now but down the road, if this is how things are run, they will probably do the same unproductive things.

I tend to see negative traits that I've unconsciously taught them. When I see them talking negatively about themselves when I know what they are saying isn't true. When I see them reacting to something in a way that isn't helpful or productive...I wonder why they do that...until I start thinking...
