DO NOT SETTLE!!! Trust the LORD to provide, no matter what His will is for you. It can be heartbreaking, and then the ripple effect can be devastating, if you get ahead of GOD. I would not risk it, especially not in these days.

Paul seems to be addressing his children in the LORD, and referring to "our sins", but then seems to contrast that with "But also" (the sins of the Whole World) in vs.2

If you are aware of their deception and continue to support them in their role of authority, you become joined hand in hand and a partaker of their sin. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
