No American Women, You are not Oppressed!!

Oh, how did I miss that? I will read back more carefully.

    More layers or more heat?

Yes, I was surprised because I had had deer meat before and it was enough for me. But it was surprisingly good. I'm not a big fan of fish but I think a lot of that is because people don't know how to cook it properly. In fact a lot of restaurants don't know how to fix it properly.

No American Women, You are not Oppressed!!

Sorry, where did the topic of rape come up? I didn't see it, even when I read back to the first page.

    More layers or more heat?

Yes, I suppose that's right. Back in the day with five kids to feed, grandpa had to use what could be found. I've had deer meat, I didn't think that tasted bad at all.

    Pagan Holiday Thread

Yes!! That's the one. I think I somehow saw it on Youtube last month. I had never heard that tale before. Otherwise I'd have thought a spider an odd thing to put on a tree, but I guess it's no more odd than a pickle!

    More layers or more heat?

Well I was quite young. Perhaps I was focused more on the fact that it was a rabbit. I have a funny picture of you younger sister and our cousin, they were about 3 yrs old and they are holding the rabbits that my grandfather skinned. Both of them walking around with flat rabbits. lol My...

    More layers or more heat?

Hahaha I'm not even a big fan of fish. And I'm from a Canadian province known for its fishing industry. I couldn't even get my head around eating rabbit that my grandfather used to catch. When I think seal meat I think blubber, ick, now I'm tummy sick.

Wow, looks like we're not going to have the yearly row over Christmas. That's unbelievable.

    More layers or more heat?

I want my room cold and under a warm pile of blankets. If I'm feeling under the weather I put on my heating blanket, dive under the covers and room is cold enough to hang meat. Hubby says I'm part polar bear. At least I hope that what he means when he says that.

No American Women, You are not Oppressed!!

Again, you didn't ask. Divorce is too easy, but then maybe so is marriage. Of course no one should stay in an abusive relationship. Although we have had that talk here many times and we have people here who believe that is not a reason for divorce. You've never heard me advocate that. Maybe you...

No American Women, You are not Oppressed!!

Dude, as usual you flare without the slightest thought to what is being said. You've known me here for a long time. How you came up with this conclusion is beyond me.

No American Women, You are not Oppressed!!

I think we have made things too easy. Divorce, abortion, transgender, not that I'm putting divorce on that level. It's just that if these things were harder to do, it might make people stop and consider before they make these choices and life changing decisions.

No American Women, You are not Oppressed!!

I had to laugh. I saw a woman on a video saw that we have finally driven liberal women to become more responsible and conservative.

    Finding an Anchor in God

Arg, I cannot put more than a like on this! My sister got to see Celine a couple years ago in concert. She said she was amazing. But it's so sad that she came down with that rare disease. There are not a lot of female singers I enjoy that I think are talented, but she is one and she has done...

    Questions about Christianity

Perhaps you would be welcomed, but I highly doubt it. In the majority of Muslim countries you will find few Christians, there's a reason for that.
