Three Gods or one? Explain the Trinity.

I think they might be saying, go and research history of the early church? Something that I've been doing of late, and my goodness is it interesting!

How 'Relationship not Religion' preaching has replaced the Gospel with many Evangelicals

I love finding root causes for issues. I may be wrong but I'm tending to think the root cause of this is people relying on their preachers to teach them rather than taking that responsibility on for themselves, the same like the Hebrews with Moses. There is so much pressure on our pastors or...

Is it possible for this to be bible prophecy?

This is a once in a hundred year event. It is NOT unique, as some behave as if it has never happened before, or as if we have never had sickness and disease on this planet until now. However, it has made me realise even more how much we need to put our trust in God and not in the things of...

Honoring God through the foods we choose

No, it's all connected. The crux of the issue of food is thankfulness. And I don't believe there is any displeasure on God's part for having chosen to eat food that has been modified. Yet, if you decide within yourself that it is better to only eat unmodified food, that is not for me to judge...

Honoring God through the foods we choose

I think the health implications are obvious, the closer food is to God's intention the better. But I don't believe God is more pleased if we choose those foods over the modified ones since we thank Him for the food we have / don't have anyway.

Jesus Christ wants his believer to reach perfection and become completely sinless

Lol neither am I and neither we do we have to be. It is more important to have a teachable spirit and be ready to receive God's revelation than be a scholar!

Jesus Christ wants his believer to reach perfection and become completely sinless

Excuse me as I try and think out this subject.. Some children of God still call themselves sinners but His Word has declared that we are new creation, the old has passed away. So how can we still call ourselves what we once were? If it is sin that stains us, and Jesus has removed our sin, how...

Need advice: I have a crush on a married friend. He acts a little weird around me.

As others have said, you need to find the courage to move on.. Here's the greatest test for your closest and dearest friendships, move to another church. If they don't remain, they were never that close in the first place, only appearing so.

There are non-believers who demonstrate love , patience and kindness...? Is it necessary to be a Christian to be kind and do God's will?

A judge doesn't weigh up how many good things a person has done when they are presented in court over a crime they committed, they still have to pay the penalty for the crime. Their good works aren't even considered.

There are non-believers who demonstrate love , patience and kindness...? Is it necessary to be a Christian to be kind and do God's will?

Don't be deceived, being good isn't enough. Those who have accepted Christ's atonement for sin and trust wholly in His work will spend eternity with God. You may encounter a Christian who is not patient but that's not to say that God will not work on that person for many years down the track...

Jesus AND the Bible came into time as a SEED - by G. John Rov

According to popular Christian belief the holy spirit was with that council and it influenced their every thought and action to provide the perfect book.

A way for me to share without hurting my pastor's family.

This is exactly right, why is it that when a new 'church' opens up, it's a cookie cutter model of every other church around?
