We will take over the world for Jesus to return?

What's with these supposed new Apostles? They claim ultimately they’re going to take control of all of society, and really conquer the world for Jesus Christ, and then and only then can Jesus return. They say Jesus can’t return until these modern apostles and prophets bring all of the church...

    “About The Great Tribulation”

This passage doesn't have a thing to do with the Church. This is an assurance that Old Testament saints will see a resurrection.

Book of The Law is found

Yeah, there would be a good King and then when he died and his son became King he would do evil.

When I read this it makes me wonder how long it had been since they had been following the law.

Book of The Law is found

2 Kings chapter 22-23 recounts the sweeping reform that King Josiah made when the Book of the Law of Moses was found in the Temple while they were doing repairs. After all he did, after his death both of his sons, Jehoahaz and Jehoiakim did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. Guess they...

    The Abomination of Desolation

I finally found out who Lowenberg is: F.M. Loewenberg, “Is the Western Wall Judaism's Holiest Site?” Middle East Quarterly, (Fall 2017); F. M. Loewenberg is professor emeritus at Bar-Ilan University's School of Social Work. Since his retirement, his research interests have focused on the...

    The Abomination of Desolation

Found this bit of information: In 1546, an earthquake devastated the region and damaged the Temple Mount and the surrounding area. Suleyman ordered the rubble of homes adjacent to the western wall to be cleared for a prayer site for the Jews. Loewenberg notes the area was previously unknown to...

    The Abomination of Desolation

Galatians has absolutely nothing to do with Daniel 9:27, since it is about the Tribulation.

    The Abomination of Desolation

There is a really good book called the Temples that Jerusalem forgot by Ernest L. Martin. He talks about where he believes the Temple was. Go to the site Associates for Scriptural Knowledge and you will see where he believe the Temple really was.

    The Abomination of Desolation

Absolutely, it's about Israel. Most of the stuff I've seen him post really makes no sense.

    The Abomination of Desolation

V.25 Jesus is Messiah the (P)rince with a capitol P. The prince in v.26 is a small p and is not the same person of v.25, it is the Antichrist. All Galatians 3:17 proves is there was there was 430 years from Abraham until the giving of the law to Moses.

    The Abomination of Desolation

It makes no sense because in 9:20 Daniel mentions "my people Israel". So this is all about Israel not Jesus. No he has not answered me yet.

    The Abomination of Desolation

KJV1611 said he thought Dan.9:27 was Jesus confirming the covenant between Abraham and and God.

    The Abomination of Desolation

People that say Daniel 9:27 has to do with Jerusalem being destroyed in 70 A.D. need to realize that it says a covenant will be confirmed for one week or 7yrs. Rome never confirmed a covenant of 7yrs. with Israel. So this passage does not show that 70 A.D. is what it is in reference to and it is...

    The Abomination of Desolation

It doesn't intertwine with the last day and judgement of all people, it deals with Israel because Daniel is speaking about his people Israel in v.20.

    The Abomination of Desolation

In Daniel 9:27 I believe overspreading of abominations is still future. "he shall confirm". The antecedent of "he" must be the person last mentioned, that is, "the prince that shall come" (9:26), the one whose "people" had destroyed the city. The context in these verses seems clearly tp preclude...

Why Jesus is NOT coming soon

Dan.9:26...… threescore and two weeks is only 69 weeks. v.24...… Gabriel tells Daniel that seventy weeks are determined.

Why Jesus is NOT coming soon

I I was speaking to Trophimus, they said; Jesus's passing only fulfilled 69weeks. Daniel's 70th week has not been fulfilled yet and is the equivalent to seven years of tribulation that are yet determined on Israel.
