I found out I have pneumonia and I was admitted to the hospital. finally in a room after hours In the er. They believe they caught it early. If anyone could pray for my speedy recovery and strength I would truly appreciate it. Thank you God bless.

I don't know about you but more often then not when going to church the pastor tells a joke in the beginning to kinda of losing up und congregation and wake everyone up a little. Does anyone here have a favorite joke they've heard?

Yes sleep deprived and long drives are two things really good at causing panic attacks. I'm glad you was able to overcome it and are doing better. I will pray for you and your continued progress.

Thank you and yes normally sickness and stuff kinda of trigger it and at the beginning of this month I spent 3day in the hospital and that caused it to go into overdrive and it hasn't seem to come down since then.
