Welcome.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle with anxiety and panic. Is there something that normally triggers it?
Thank you and yes normally sickness and stuff kinda of trigger it and at the beginning of this month I spent 3day in the hospital and that caused it to go into overdrive and it hasn't seem to come down since then.

Thank you I truly appreciate it.
You're welcome. I came very close to having a massive panic attack a few weeks ago. In my case, I was really sleep deprived, and I had a very long drive home on the highway ahead of me. Part of my anxiety was due to my lack of confidence in myself to make it home. I did petition some people here to pray for me, and I know that at least one of them did. That, coupled with my own prayers, helped tremendously. In the natural, try to maintain a steady cycle of rest or sleep. In the spiritual, pray for God to strengthen you with his might by his Spirit in your inner man, Ephesians 3:16. I will be praying for you at my end as well.

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I joined this forum to hopefully meet others and maybe meet some other Christians that struggle with anxiety and panic.
Thanks look forward to meeting you all!
I occasionally suffer from anxiety and panic so please know that you are not alone in this regard. Glad to have you onboard with us. Welcome to CC.

Yes sleep deprived and long drives are two things really good at causing panic attacks.
I'm glad you was able to overcome it and are doing better. I will pray for you and your continued progress.
Hi springingbolt glad you are joining us, welcome! My son does a lot of long distance driving and what he does is go on an app that let's people share, discuss and debate religious matters. It makes the time fly for him.
"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You".
God bless & keep you in His peace🙏🙌

Numbers 6:24-26
New International Version
24 “‘“The Lord bless you
and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.”’

Philippians 4:6-7
New International Version
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 6:10-18
New International Version
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
