Amen... Praise God. May he bless us with a searching heart, wisdom and discernment, in Jesus' name, amen

It's all true... Even the parts that tells us to believe and those that tells us to persevere... Word of God. We mold ourselves around God's word, not the other way around

Any reason why you copied and pasted my post and then added the music but at the end?

Yes, we are called. We know this as it's in the Bible and the Bible is true. We then have to believe on the Lord, putting our faith in Him. We know this as it's in the Bible and the Bible is true. Anyone who denies any part of the word of Bible calls God wrong. It's all true!

You're in my prayers. These are things we go through. Spend time in the word, read some every day and pray for wisdom to understand what is said. Invite Jesus in to guide you. You'll quickly feel God's blessings over you when you make the word part of each day...

Thank you for your prayer

Amen. Thank you

You're in my prayers. May God guide you through this and out the other side on fire for Him, in Jesus' name, amen. Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you your heart's desire. He is there and works for the good of those called to Him. Answer the call, invite Him in as your guide and...

Hi all... Please pray for my wife and I. We need God to help us through this patch with a daughter going through mental health problems. My wife also has mental health problems after a lengthy operation a few years back left her with servere issues that require medication, having her sleep for...

Oh, we know you're not talking about what scripture states... It would be devastating to your argument

It's the Bible

It's the Bible, the word of God telling us how to be as people of God. Not once have I ever said works will save us, nor will you find it in my comments on here. Faith isn't works, even though life in the Spirit will bring works with it. You reject the word of God as it doesn't match your precepts

Nope... Being humble is the word of God (James 4:10), which, sadly to say, you are against. You're anti-God and should repent and turn back. I don't like to say it lightly but your words have shown it.

Humbling ourselves and believing are more works? This is God we're talking about...

My opinion is that the whole Bible is right. Where it says we're called to Him and where it says we must believe in Him. It's all God and the glory is His. What He says is good enough.

Amen. You're in my prayers... May God guide you to living the life He has planned for you and lead you into eternity, in Jesus' name, amen.

You even quoted the verse that tells us to believe on the Lord. I quoted a verse differenciating between faith and works. All of the Bible is true. It is the word of God. We must humble ourselves and form our belief around the Word...

The Bible said it, not me... Faith isn't works. The Bible separates the two things in Ephesians 2:8 for example...

That's exactly it.... Saved by Jesus' sacrifice and not works. Regardless of the fact we're asked to follow His commands, that's isn't what saves us. All we're to do is believe on the Lord, accepting His free gift and we're His people. Praise God!

But what about the two calls which I asked about? I've looked and I haven't found biblical evidence for them. Quote: "Hebrews 6:4-6 says nothing about a "believer falling away" The Hebrews verse talks about exactly that, people who fall away from God. They were enlightened and shared in the...
