I think the Life bits are a great idea. It gives the members a cross forum plattform to interact and share. I love it, and I have interacted with members I wouldn't normally notice, as they hang out in BDF.

But... there are some members that are more interested in expressing themselves than others. I wondered if it would be wise to add a limit on 3 lifebits during 24 hours so that it doesn't get flooded by one or two members. Because if it does, the feauture will lose interest for most members of this site.
