In 2009, I was not a christain.
I was a sinner.
I smoked marijuanna.
I drank.
I had so much sex that I couldn't remember who I had and had not slept with.

I met my now fiance in January last yearr.
On New Years '09.
He was a devout christain.
At the time, I hated God. With a passion.
The more he tried to get close to me, the more I pushed him back.
I prayed at night for him to leave me alone.

One night, I convinced my fiance to give into temptationn.
I forceed him to haave sex with me.
Not that I forced really;;
I persuaded.

He gave in.

The condom brokee.
I was distressed.
I screamed, I cried.
We ran to a pharmacy thaat was still open,
bought a morning after pill.
(Theey are NOT the abortion pill; They donot terminate exsisting pregnancies)
When we got home, I was shakinng.

Danny & I dropped to our knees, tears streaming downn both of ouur facees.

&&&&& We prayed.
For three houurs we prayed.

"Dear Lord," we begged, "Father, Dad, God. Bless us with children yeaars from now. Wheen we mayy love and teaach themm."

We crieed and helld each other, whispering for Father to help uss.

I am not pregnant now.

God saved my life and Daniel's.

God is my Father, he has done morre for me than anny one else.

In my darkest houur, he is there. He wraps himselllf arounnd me like sunlight.
He keeps me warm.
He keeps me safe.
He shows me love.

To me, it isn't even if you acted upon it that bothers me, it bothers me that you see nothing wrong with it. But, I really don't think that this should go on any longer on the forums to be honest. If you would like to justify how being homosexual is fine with biblical proof, than I would welcome a private message. God Bless.

Sorry to burst a bubble, but being a good person doesn't get you into heaven.

Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of my Father who is in heaven."

Doing the will of God, and living for Him gets you to heaven. Being a good person doesn't cut it. You need 100% perfection to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Bible clearly says that a homosexual will not enter Heaven read 1 Corinthians 6:9. You can show him that verse.

Cako53, I agree that being a good person is not what get's you into heaven. In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." John 3:3. However, 100% perfection does not exist in any Christian but Jesus Christ! If we had to be 100% perfect, none of us would make it to heaven! When we are truly born again, and accept Jesus Christ as our saviour we will no longer live in sin, but our feet will unfortunately slip along the way.
For I said, "Do not let them gloat or exalt themselves over me when my foot slips." Psalm 38:16 We will be convicted immediately when this happens and repent.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. John 3:17, 18

Jesus gave us 100% perfection. When he sacrificed himself up on the cross. He was our lamb. Through his blood, we are perfect. I never said that we had to achieve 100% perfection on our own.

You said " You need 100% perfection to enter the Kingdom of Heaven". This statement implies that we need to be perfect. If you had said we need Jesus to get into the Kingdom of God, who himself is 100% perfect, you would have been clear on your statement. Many non-believers, and I am sure many believers do think that in order to go to heaven they do have to be perfect. Of course this is impossible because we are born sinners. That is why christians are under such a microscope when we do slip, people like to say "Look! He/she is a Christian and look what they have done!" I think this is probably one of the biggest problems for us to overcome with non-believers. This website is full of both, and we as Christians need to be careful of our statements that they aren't misguiding.

Everyone perceives things differently, and I apologize that you inferred it that way. That is deffinatly not what I meant. And it is true that only perfection enters the kingdom of heaven, I assumed that we, being on a christian site, discussing a christian topic, would already understand the general knowledge that Christ is who makes us perfect. So I found it a waste of time to go into further detail. But apparently, it would have been a lot easier for me to be very specific.
