Jesus is the Author and Finisher of my faith, I got it from Him as I ministered to strangers on the streets.
I did not get my faith from going to church, I got my faith from getting out of the church.
Please forgive me if I say anything that offends you, that is not my intention but I must speak!
Please forgive me if I don't say things the right way, or if I don't meet up to your religious molds of things done in the correct church order.
My faith is in Jesus alone, He has become my very best friend.
I am not saying that going to church is a bad thing, in fact, many times the Lord has placed me in churches for a season, and by doing so, He has taken me to a new level and empowered me to do more on the streets for Him.
My focus is on Him and not on going to church.
I find that the traditions of men are more important in most churches than what God Himself wants.
What I see is a Country Club or a social club where you pay your dues to be a member.
If you don't look the right way, if you don't say the right things, if you don't have the right amount of money, you can not belong. I don't to fit into that!
What I see in the churches are people full of fear and unbelief.
I see more faith in demons having the power to destroy you than faith in Jesus.
I see people picking and choosing who is worthy of the Love of Jesus, and this is wrong!
Jesus died for all the world, not just some!
The church has become a clanging cymbal, an irritating noise, a noise without meaning. They have made the cross of Christ of no effect.
Grace vs Law is what I see.
No freedom, no truth, no love, no peace, just bondage to the traditions of men.
Mathew 15:3-9
He answered and said to them,
"Why do you transgress the commandments of God because of your tradition?
For God commanded, saying, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'He who curses father or mother let him be put to death.' But you say, 'Whoever says to his father or mother,; Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God"-then need not honor his father or mother.'
Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your traditions.
Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:
These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me,
And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.' "
Jesus goes on to say in vs 10and 11
"Hear and understand:
Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man;
but what comes out of the mouth,
this defiles a man."
What is the confession of your lips?
My confession is that Jesus is greater than any devil,
and no weapon formed against me shall proper, not because of my own strength but because of Jesus who lives on the inside of me.
He never leaves me nor forsakes me.
He goes before me and watches my back.
God is not out to destroy me or punishing me, nor do I have to preform for Him to get His attention.
I don't have to dress like you.
I don't have to talk like you.
I don't have to do anything but seek Jesus and listen to Him.
I am commanded to love God with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my strength!
Then I am commanded to love my neighbor as myself.
Love!
I am commanded to Love!
Love is patient,
Love is kind,
Love is not full of jealousy,
Love is not rude, boastful, or proud,
Love does not behave itself unseemly.
Love never holds wrong against someone,
nor does love demand its own way.
Love is willing to look past those things that hinder us and die on the cross for those who struggle with sin.
My faith is in Jesus to take me from Glory to Glory as He reveals Himself to me.
My faith is not in man or church.
I can not take credit for any change in me, it came as He revealed Himself to me.
Many times the Lord had made me feel like porky pig or Moses, words could not even come out, all I could do is drop to my knees and worship Him.
I did not get it from a book written by someone who is well known in the church.
I did not get it from any man or any thing.
I got it from Him.
I am not moved by what people think of me, I do not seek your approval, nor am I afraid of any devil.
What I will tell you is that God is changing the church and many of us are going to the streets.
To me, that is 20 years of prayer being answered.
To me that's taking Jesus out of the box we've packaged so pretty and tried to sell with our own human twist of religion to make a dollar.
God never meant for the church to be inverted and all about self.
My restoration came when I got out from the church, and stopped thinking about what was wrong with me, living in condemnation is not freedom in the spirit, it is bondage to the law!
God created me, I am what He intended me to be. I don't have to listen to what the world says about me, it's a lie. I am what I am, nothing more and nothing less than what God created me to be, a child of the Most High God. He is the one who knows me, He is the one who can show me what He created me to be, in Him I will trust.
God didn't just throw me together and spin the potters wheel and say, let see what it turns out to be.
He took His time and created me to be exactly what you see. Me! If you don't like me, that not my problem, take it up with God, He created me. I can not be any more or any less than what God created me to be.
My restoration came when I stopped sitting in the church and started loving my neighbor as myself.
I don't want to fix me because I know that my healing and my change came from Jesus as He revealed Himself to me, not from man.
I found when I let go of the past and pressed ahead trusting and believing In Jesus, those things that hinder me fall off.
I don't have to stress, I just rest in Him!
Jesus is the one who has taken me from faith to faith,
He is the one who takes me from Glory to Glory and teaches me line upon line and precept upon precept.
How many people do you see in the church saying they are healed and yet there is no real emotions with the healing, it's church as usual, get prayed for and fake a healing.
Outside the church when there's a healing, people don't just stand there and calmly say they got healed. It changes them, leaving them undone, bringing faith and life to people for real.
I am seeing a move of God and people are going to the streets, a shift has changed the church to love your neighbor as yourself.
I am excited to see it!
I have longed for it with all my heart, it has been my passion and what I preach on the streets.
For many years churches have not loved, and they have waxed cold.
Many children of God have left the churches but now God is doing a new thing, no longer will you be able to say you love God without having the fruit to prove it.
Not just faith but faith mixed with love!
There has been a definite separation of the wheat and the tears coming forth in the body of Christ.
God is blowing away the sand and getting to the rock of the revealed Jesus, and the true children of God are taking their places in the streets and the church of Jesus is taking form from this move.
It is a beautiful sight to see, a Bride prepared by the Bridegroom!
It has no fear, It has no spot, It has only faith and love for the Groom, and they have lost their own lives and traded it for His.
They lay their lives down freely, so freely they receive from the riches of Christ, of whom they believe!
They are the freeborn wife, the ones who have no veil to cover their eyes, they are not from mans attempts to bring about Gods plan, but God's very own hands building His church one stone at a time, each forming a church not made with human hands but by Jesus revealing Himself to them.
All over the world He is drawing them together and the church is forming.
It is an exciting time for those who know Jesus cause we all know what's coming up soon!
The harvest is ready and the fruit is ripe, dive into the harvest, it's so cool!
Greater signs will follow those that believe, You got to get out of the boat!
Tell people why you believe, share your faith and testimony of why you believe!
I believe because He made me believe,
I am not special, God shows no favorites!
He is the Author and Finisher of my faith and I didn't have to earn it. It was free!
It was a gift given to me even while I was still in my sins Christ die for me, He knows my struggles and He knows my heart. That why He sent Jesus! We all fall short of God glorious standards.
He alone will I trust.
He alone is my salvation.
He alone is my life and I lay it down freely, I know no other way!
He is my everything, I have lost all other desires in my life, He has consumed me!
I die daily so that He may live, no longer do I live for myself, my own life has become meaningless!
It is all about Him!
I am not perfect and I still have my struggles with sin,
but I don't let my weakness keep me from believing in the power of the blood of Jesus.
He is the one who said if He washes our feet than we are clean.
There is freedom in Jesus, and it's not found from knowing the right people or being in the right church.
