When do we pray for the wonderful Lord's help or healing?
Well, when our spouse is diagnosed with a virulent cancer, or when
we are lost driving our car in a blizzard in the high country of Alaska at midnight, and so forth. Right?

Well, are we not told in the scriptures to pray in all occasions?
It does not have to be a life and death matter. My story that
follows is about such times.

It was more than twelve years ago and my wife had led the prayer effort for my
healing. Returning home after two months in hospital...you will believe that
I was happy to be home and grateful to be mending, and with more faith
than I ever had before. I had been told about those many who prayed for me and
I started to pray for others for healing. The Lord is wonderful and blessed, but you already
know that.

I started to pray for lesser things too. I had been out of work for some months, while ill, and so my wife needed
a better car to go to work herself and she bought a new one unlike any we had ever owned before.
One day, she told me that she had scheduled an appointment at the car dealership
because the main front side window would not close the last inch at the top and it got cold in
the car that time of year. It had complicated switches and buttons, but I went out to
try and fix it for her to save an appointment, but before I went I prayed about it to the Lord.
When I got out there I tried to raise the window, and it would not, just like she had said.
So I pressed another likely looking button and it went click and after that the window would fully close
again. This had taken about two minutes once I was in the car. Thank you Lord, I prayed.
I prayed for many other problems that were more minor than this problem, and
and got many answers to prayers. The Lord wants to help believers with life and death matters and also the minor problems of life.
Try it if you haven't already!
