After my near death several years ago I could sometimes feel that I
had to give people a message in the Lord. I am not a big talker and
only slowly got into this. I had to be shown that it would help people
and not hurt them or myself.

It was 2004, I believe, and my wife and I were on vacation many hundreds of miles from home seeing
museums and local attractions in an area we had never visited before. This is about what happened at
one of those stops.

The local shop was run by a kind and well spoken older man who gave us the personal tour of the place and
we noticed the hand made cross hanging from his neck and we liked the stories from the Bible that he would
sometimes interject into his talk. Now, as we all know not everyone who wears a cross or quotes from the
scriptures is a genuine Christian. We both knew that and were wary of taking a stranger as a genuine Christian
at least not until we knew him better and much longer. But there was something about this man who I will call
here William.

After his talk was over we talked for a few minutes and I got a feeling that I was supposed to say something to William.
At the time I was close to the Lord because of my healing, and I had come to see that if the Lord wanted me to do something
that I had better go on and do it, no matter what. Well, I told him that the Holy Spirit wanted me to tell him something and
he just said..."What is it?".

I told him that I had to tell him that he was someone that God loved very much. Is that the message? he asked? No, I said, but
"one day you are going to Heaven to be with the Lord, and so shall you always be with him." This seemed to really surprise him,
but I was just happy that he seemed to accept what I was supposed to tell him. He looked uncomfortable, but then told me about how many
years ago as a young man he had contracted a fatal disease. There was no hope for him, but he had been prayed over by friends and
relatives and fellow church members and somehow that illness left him. He told me that he had seen a blessed life, and then he
asked us how old we thought he was. My wife said about 65, and I agreed and at this point he told us that he was 81. We were both
surprised as he did not look it, and I suppose it was because he was mostly bald.

At this we shook hands and he asked if we would be returning that way so he could see us again, but it was not to be.
I was really told that he was to depart this life very soon, and die quickly and mercifully, and then be with the blessed Lord. Although I did
not mention that his death was to be soon, I am sure that he understood that. I had a peace about what I told him and that is how I
know that I told him what I was supposed to.
I think that I was supposed to tell him what I did so that he would not be surprised and panic when he began to die. We do not know just when he did die, but we never saw him again. Thanks to the Lord for his mercy, forever.

If the Lord wants you to do something, I am sure that he will find a way to tell you, and you know that you have to do what he
wants and he will take care of the after effects. Thank you, Jesus.
