“How to be a Winner and not a loser?”

1 John 5:1-5 (TEV)

3 Keys to be a Winner

• Love – v.1 & 2a

1Whoever believes that Jesus is the Messiah is a child of God; and whoever loves a father loves His child also.
2This is how we know that we love Gods children;

ü We must love Gods child
The moment you love your brother and sister you start to care for them thru prayers their struggles are overcome. You become a blessings to them. The enemy does not want us to care and pray for them.

• Obey – 2b v. 3

;it is by loving God and obeying His commands.
3For our love for God means that we obey His commands and His commands are not too hard for us.

ü We must obey Gods command
It’s automatic if we love God and as His child we definitely will obey His commands: Tithes, share God’s love (Matthew 28/Mark 16) and through that we overcome the world, Honor your parents is also a command for us lets obey that,Submission to authority.

• Believe – v. 4 & v. 5

4Because every child of God is able to defeat the world and we win the victory over the world by means of our faith.
5Who can defeat the world? Only the person who believes that Jesus is the son of God.

ü We must have faith, we must believe
He promise to us our good future the only thing we must do is to believe it is our powerful tool over the unbelief that enemy is trying to tell us.

In order for us to be a winner in every area of our life, as a child of God we must love, obey, believe in God. Through this we are able to defeat every struggles every works, lies of the enemies, stand firm in Gods conviction, let us continue to be a winner Champions! If God had a victory how much more us His children (John 14:12).
