Hello.
I hear many Christians say that healing ended with the apostles.
I DISAGREE.
They say things like "but my pastor says..."
Or "They didn't teach that in my church", etc.
It just means that their pastor doesn't believe what he reads.
Truth is, the apostles healed the same way Jesus did...
BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
The Spirit now dwells in us, the believers.
That same Spirit works through us now.
I believe it.
I've done it.
I've seen pain go, sprains heal, devils leave, bones mend, peace come, etc. from laying hands on others.
Do I see 100% recovered?
NO.
I'm still learning and building my own faith.
I want to know your thoughts and hear about your experiences if you are doing this yourself.
It's time the believers believed.
If you don't lay hands, or don't believe you are able to heal others today, please post and let me know why.
Let's discuss this.
Read 1 Corinthians 12:27-31. Paul says there very clearly that not all Christians have the more-spectacular gifts like healing, but we are to seek and develop the gifts of sharing God's Word with others most of all. We must always pray for each other and leave the result up to God, but some do have that gift. God is also the all-powerful Creator who uses means like doctors and medications that he has created through people for our benefit.
