The Tribulation that you thinking about ,has already happen in the dark DAYS , When the reformers give up their lives and was burn at the stacks , There no one that knows how many give up their lives , But there is still of that to happen yet ,
This is what it is talking about in REV 6 :9-12 There is more to suffer like they did yet .GOD bless as HE sees fit .
which 7 years were those?

Or I guess I don't understand what it means that Christ died for our sins.
Let's tale an everyday example to make it clear. Let's say you murder someone and are convicted of first degree murder. The penalty is execution (by whatever means, that is the death penalty). Your brother knows about this and goes to the judge and tells him that he will take the punishment on your behalf, and that you should go free. The judge agrees, Justice is served, your brother dies in your place, and you are no longer regarded as a criminal.

The penalty for sin is death. But it goes one major step further. It includes both the first and second deaths. Had Christ not died for your sins, you would not only die physically, but you would also be eternally separated from God in Hell. So Christ became the substitute for you on the cross. But there is also much more included in God's salvation.

Christ because sin for us though, right? Does that mean Jesus actually took the wrath of God for us? (the wrath of God the Father, right?)

Like God the Father's (?) wrath was actually directed at Jesus for us?

Yes. God is holy. One disobedience from our first parents (Adam and Eve) in the garden (Genesis 3) threw the entire universe off course. That's why we have earthquakes, hurricanes, cancer, death etc.

See Romans 5:

sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned— 13 for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law.

For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.

For if, because of one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.

18 Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men. 19 For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous. 20 Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, 21 so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

I might just be really messed up because I might have got an answer from gotquestions.org that said Jesus did not take the wrath of God (the Father, maybe) for us (maybe, if that's what they were saying). I might have been told here also that Jesus did not take the wrath of God for our sins possibly by two people (I guess I'm not sure if either of them meant God the Father). 1 Corinthians 15:3 says that Christ died for our sins though, doesn't it? That means Christ took the punishment for our sins by dying for them, doesn't it? Also, Jesus became sin for us, didn't He? Doesn't that mean God the Father(?) took out His wrath on Jesus?

As I have said to you before, you can contrast it to what Peter and the 11 were preaching in early Acts

Calvary was not good news in the early Acts period (that is, prior to God’s revelation to Paul). The crucifixion was something preached as evil, something Israel had done to bring God’s wrath upon them (see Acts 2:22-36; Acts 3:12-26; Acts 4:9-12; Acts 5:27-32).

It is only when we come to Paul’s ministry and message that God reveals that Jesus Christ’s finished crosswork is now the means whereby He will save Jews and Gentiles alike by simple faith in that crosswork.

Peter and the 11 did not preach in early Acts, “Christ died for our sins.” Paul did preach that message, however (1 Corinthians 15:3, written during the book of Acts). Paul simply preached faith and faith alone in Jesus Christ’s finished crosswork as means for forgiveness, for salvation from sins, to receive the Holy Spirit, et cetera (Acts 13:38-39; Acts 16:30-31; Romans 1:16; Romans 3:22-28; Romans 4:1-8; Romans 4:24-25; 1 Corinthians 1:21; Ephesians 1:13-14; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; et cetera)
The Gospel went to the Gentles before Paul , Acts 8:30-40 , After the eunuch was saved , It says that Saul yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the LORD ,
To those that believe , it was GOOD NEWS , JESUS's work is still going on today . HE is doing the work of the HIGH PREAST IN the Heavenly sanctuary still today , The Good news was that HE came and die in our place , He could have Just destroyed US like GOD says in MALACHI 4:6 Lest I come and smite the earth with a curse . But praise GOD HE came AND paid for our sins . GOD BLESS as HE sees fit .

Or I guess I don't understand what it means that Christ died for our sins.
Romans 8:25 Remission of sins that are PAST , This is sins that we have already committed , against GODs Commandments NOT the ones that we commit after, we have been washed , If we go and work in the mud , then go wash & get Clean , then go back in the mud to play , same with sin , When we come to HIM , HE washes us , cleans us from our sins , Then if we willfully sin , Then we need to come back to JESUS , AND get washed again .
Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins ,
But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries .
This is sins that we know is sin , And we do them anyway . This is sins that have not been wash , FOR we committed after we was wash . And need to go back to JESUS to get wash of those also , AND REPENT , AND NOT DO THAT NO MORE , look how in the old testament , How they had to go back ,and kill another beast , every time they sinned , Well we haft to get the BLOOD of JESUS applied to our sins also . GOD bless as HE sees FIT .

1 JOHN 3:6 Whosoever abideth in HIM sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen HIM, neither known HIM , Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as HE is righteous . 1 JOHN 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the Devil ;
GODs word dose not teach once saved always saved . THIS makes GOD a LIER , When GOD says something , YOU had better apply it to your life , For only the DOERS are JUSTIFYED , HE that endureth until the END , NOT HE that starts and QUITs ,
You should also have included verse 9, Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin (as far as prohibiting him from going to heaven) ; for his seed remaineth in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Eph 2:5, Even when we were dead in sins, hath he QUICKENED US TOGETHER WITH CHRIST. 2 Tim 2:13, If we believe not, yet he remaineth faithful, he cannot deny himself.

After we have been born again, we do, however, still commit sins, but they will not void our eternal inheritance. They will, however, cause us to lose our relationship with God, until we repent of them. When we repent of them, and God forgives us, we are saved (delivered here in time) from our disfellowship with God. All scriptures must harmonize in order to understand the doctrine that Jesus taught.

If you want to think that just part of the BIBlE IS Good for you & trash the rest , I do believe that it all is for our understanding & correction . And I think I put all I needed to for what we where talking about . If you want to believe that the BIBLE teaches , once in the grass always in the grass , Well I believe All who fallow will most likely be lost , Because if WE believe that , WE will not overcome sin , AND will be found of HIM in sin .
JAMES 5:19 ,Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him .
Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. this is talking about a brethren that has fallen back in sin , and he is warned , by his loving brethren .
GOD bless as HE sees fit .
