No that is not true, Jesusu was not Crusified on the corss and Jesus was not raised from death and the New Convernent was not estblished. Jesus was still alive with the physical body. I do not agree with that,

Also we can not mix law with evil, both are different. Judas was used by devil, why? How is it possible?

You skipped over 1 Corinthians 2:15
"Things" can be people, and the doctrine they bring..... considering how the sentence is finished there.

Pretty basic.

The points sadly you are making are 'irrational' towards sinners, that you sound to be better than them. First of all Apostle John knew Judas was a 'thief' and his 'sin' according to the Commandment of GOD that reads, 'Do not steal' and that is why he 'testified them in his written Gospel.

Another thing is, least be conformed to become like the 'Pharisees', who religiously taught they were doing 'a favor' for GOD, by 'putting out' sinners out of the Temple or even Jerusalem and one of them who were 'put out', were the 'Samaritans'.

Later JESUS went and 'rescued' them who were as 'put out' sinners according to the 'Law of Moses', who welcomed HIM even with 'palm' branches, as welcoming a 'KING', and 'by passing' all chosen religious placed 'authorities' in Jerusalem for the people of Israel.

Anyone keen to 'put out' evil from among you, 'great', but make sure you not 'one' yourselves.

As it is written and i say plainly that, 'Judge not and least ye be judged'. 'For your judge is waiting right outside the door'.

Then Judas should know better than a non-Jew, as from the Ten Commandments GOD's Law say, 'Do not steal'.

As how many Christians 'stealing' from GOD's 'providence' in their lives, as how JESUS would say, 'Straining out a small fly for GOD and yet swallow a camel'.
