Charlie sought to overcome hate with reason.

Let's see.

And he fought to bring knowledge to those lacking it.

Legal Definitions - extrajudicial confession

Simple Definition of extrajudicial confession

An extrajudicial confession is an admission of guilt made by a suspect outside of a courtroom setting. This type of confession is typically made to law enforcement officers, private citizens, or during an interrogation before any formal legal proceedings begin.

Legal Definitions - judicial confession

Simple Definition of judicial confession

A judicial confession is an admission of guilt made by an accused person in a formal legal proceeding, such as before a judge or magistrate, or as part of a plea in court. Because it is made within the judicial system, it carries significant legal weight and is subject to specific procedural safeguards.

"...Charlie Kirk loved and delighted in discussion. His vocabulary when debating was never a vile stream of four-letter words against opponents. He went on campuses to encourage debate and to motivate students to think for themselves. Unlike others, he researched and knew what he was talking about. Charlie’s numbers grew because he was engaging and had a photographic memory. He actually gave his opponents the larger mic."

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

This is a crucial concept relevant to this thread concerning murder. The church speaking out is what is forcing the hand of the enemy. Consider how many Christians are talking, commenting or fellowshipping on various platforms like this forum, or Facebook, or Youtube. In the last six years the gospel has exploded on the internet and so Satan must respond, his hand is forced, if he doesn't do something now the whole world will believe in Jesus Christ, the savior.

22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. 23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. 24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

So, how does the lightning shine? The other night we had a storm with lightning and thunder. First the clouds gathered, the sky darkened and you could tell that it was humid and a storm was coming. There is a difference from clouds, rain clouds, and storm clouds. You could tell that these were not fluffy white clouds, or simply summer showers, you could tell there was going to be a big storm. And then, the entire sky lit up. Not a sound, just the bright flash. The thunder comes later.

25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

This is a requirement. Jesus says this must happen, there is nothing you can do to prevent this from happening. When someone trespasses by committing murder you are to rebuke them. But not all will heed the rebuke. The fact that the Lord had to suffer many things is a requirement. Maybe it is insults, maybe it is changing the laws so that they can take your job or your house. Maybe it is changing the laws so they can imprison you and throw you into the lions den like Daniel, or into the furnace of fire like his three friends. Maybe it is changing the laws so that when Charlie is assassinated at an event it is those asking questions who are at fault and the people rebuking stories that don't add up who are guilty of "hate speech". The purpose is to distinguish the true believer who will repent from the children of this generation who will not repent but will double down and justify their trespasses. The gospel going out forces Satan's hand to try and "shut you up" and his hand "shutting you up" illegally is what prompts the Day of the Lord's judgment on this generation. There is a process, someone trespasses, you warn them of their trespass, they ignore that warning, ridicule it, and double down on the trespass. That has set the stage for the Lord to come in and judge. If we do not suffer many things in speaking the truth of the gospel then we have not paved the way for the Lord to step in and judge.

26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Now that is truly funny, I hope everyone got a good laugh from that. Do you think the flood came because they were eating, drinking, and getting married? It is funny how people who are living in sin can just paper everything over as though they are simply living a normal, sin free life. Noah was a preacher of righteousness. Do you think he was telling them to repent from eating, drinking and getting married? I have heard a lot of preaching warning of the coming judgment and it is never because people eat, drink and get married. No, it is because of the lies, the thefts, the murders, the hate, the covetousness, etc.

28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

This is hysterical, the Lord is really being funny. We read about Sodom and Gomorrah in the Old Testament. Was that the thing that really struck you about them, that they were eating, drinking, selling, planting and building? When you hear about Sodom and Gomorrah, say a Wilkerson sermon on the US becoming Sodom and Gomorrah is that the first thing that comes to mind? Oh yeah, the builders? People can be the most heinous repulsive sinners and yet when you talk to them they completely forget about the deviant sex, adultery, foul mouth, etc. They conveniently forget about the mob outside of Lot's house trying to rape them.

29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Some people will not repent, the Lord knows that, you did your job, you warned them. God is omniscient, He knows the hearts, they can lie to you, they can't lie to God.

THEY WANT YOU TO FORGET WHAT THEY SAID ABOUT THE “CONFESSlON” - LET ME REMIND YOU

You're helping someone who, when they failed at poisoning a news thread with the yellow journalism of Candace Owens, is now derailing with scripture they don't understand.
Because they oppose correction when insisting defamation and slander, outright lies, must have primacy over the truth of the evidence ,on the record. That what is in custody of police and the FBI, against Charlie Kirks confessed assassin, Tyler Robinson.

We're not to enable the willful sin of sinners, whose prayers God does not hear.

And we cannot reach them citing scripture they cannot understand unless God wills it.

Which he has not,or one would not be a proud obstinate willful sinner who trolls news threads reporting updates regarding Charlie's Assassin.

“The facts are,he's dead. His assassin, who confessed to his lover and his dad,is going to answer for it.“ (Post #134 Bible_Locket)

“Let's not forget,he confessed to assassinating Charlie Kirk. He confessed to his Dad and to his gay lover.” (Post #217 Bible_Locket)

“Tyler confessed to his Trans-Furry gay lover roommate prior to killing Charlie, and after. Tyler confessed to his dad.” (Post #251 Bible_Locket)

“And yet that one to whom you refer that advice trusts Candace Owens to call Tyler Robinson,Charlies confessed assassin, a liar.” (Post #257 Bible_Locket)

“Her conjuring lies so to derail focus upon the actual confessed Assassin is immoral.” (Post #284 Bible_Locket)

“Those who had no love for Charlie make up lies about his assassination so in order to let his Assassin be thought a patsy. He's not. He confessed his guilt.Multiple times. Those who push the lies, which are what has nothing to do with the topic of this thread, and are undeterred slanderers…” (Post #303 Bible_Locket)

“They invent a miasma of falseity in order to give Tyler Robinson a way out of the evil he chose to perpetrate in broad daylight. Cold blooded premeditated first degree murder.

To which he confessed multiple times to his gay Trans lover and his own father.

When facts are denied, when they're also on the court record in evidence, and falsehoods and outlandish fictions are heralded as worthy of being considered as truth,it is actually a blessing.” (Post #369 Bible_Locket)

“It doesn't matter to them that Robinson confessed repeatedly.”(Post #380 Bible_Locket)

Thank you for compiling that evidence.

Now,it makes it easier to further educate the readers here.

Tyler Robinson did confess. There is no question of this.
He confessed to his father. He confessed to his roommate after he assassinated Charlie Kirk . He left a note under his roommates keyboard informing him of his premeditated intent to kill Charlie. All of this is on the record.

Now,dear traders, let us look to what those confessions are,as pertains to the law in America.
There are two types of confessions. This was posted earlier, but just to reiterate since my remarks regarding Robinsons confessions are posted as a collection above.

Tyler's confessions rank in the first definition below.

Legal Definitions -

An extrajudicial confession is an admission of guilt made by a suspect outside of a courtroom setting. This type of confession is typically made to law enforcement officers, private citizens, or during an interrogation before any formal legal proceedings begin.

Actually there is no "official confession", nor did he confess to his dad, and in the official court record he pled "not guilty". As for testimony from a friend, that is hearsay or you could say "allegedly confessed".

Whether or not he is guilty will be decided by a trial. But the lies and poison spewed by Bible_Locket on this issue and she has exhibited willful refusal to admit that her statements were not true, despite being called on the carpet for them.

Tyler Robinson confessed 11 times to killing Charlie Kirk, according to Utah court filing in July 2026.
PEOPLE
"Prosecutors allege"

The case is going to trial and we can expect that if he is guilty he will be found guilty. But there is no reason to exaggerate what is actually fact.

The fact is he pled not guilty. That is his official confession. It might be that he is guilty, in which case it is a mute point, but claiming that he has confessed is different spin on what is in fact.

Why is it that people who claim Tyler Robinson confessed don't actually quote him? Why is it if he in fact did confess 11 times that he hasn't confessed to the police? Or to the court? Or pled guilty?

Why do you need 11 confessions? How many times have we heard the police say "we only have ten confessions, we still need one more?"

I have heard many times that "the killer confessed". Not 11 times, once. The only reason you need 11 confessions is because the first ten are bogus.

What they really mean by 11 confessions is they have 11 comments on the internet or from witnesses that are being interpreted as a confession.

Whereas what most people understand by "confessed killer" is a sworn statement by the killer to the police saying he did it.

Innocence Project Data: About 25% to 31% of all DNA-overturned wrongful convictions involve a false confession, but for homicide cases, that number climbs to 63%.

Now that is referring to confessions to the police. Not someone who is a witness or some comment online that has multiple ways in which a lawyer can explain them away. The police don't even have a signed confession.

That is why the prosecutors have to have "11 confessions".

For example, let's just assume that we have 11 clear confessions by Tyler Robinson from multiple witnesses and things he wrote online. Not only so but when conferring with the lawyer about these Tyler admits to his lawyer that he in fact is the killer. Why would the lawyer allow him to plead not guilty. You advise him to plead guilty and if he refuses your advice you can't simply walk away. But the client cannot force you to lie in court. You can let him know you won't lie, which for a guilty person that has "confessed 11 times" should be an open and shut case. If the lawyer is not going to lie he isn't going to make up a story explaining how some "confession" was a joke or was taken out of context or was misunderstood. You explain to Tyler that the Prosecutor is definitely going to make this part of the case and you are not going to lie about it, that would be illegal.

My understanding is that Utah has appointed a very good lawyer for Tyler and there is no reports of Tyler not following the advice of counsel. Therefore unless they are currently negotiating to remove the death penalty and then he'll change his plea to guilty I highly doubt that those "11 confessions" are all they are being made out to be.

Now consider this from the other side. The reason false confessions are so high in homicide cases is they convince the person that they will lose and if they lose they could get the death penalty. It is a big motivation to plead guilty in exchange for life in prison. That motivation applied to Tyler and yet he pled not guilty. Once again, either the lawyer is trying to negotiate the removal of the death penalty or they do not think the "11 confessions" are all the prosecutor is making it out to be.

Innocence Project Data: About 25% to 31% of all DNA-overturned wrongful convictions involve a false confession, but for homicide cases, that number climbs to 63%.
The primary reasons for the dramatic spike in false confessions for homicide cases include:

1. High-Pressure, Coercive Interrogations
Homicide investigations carry immense public and political pressure to be solved quickly. Detectives frequently employ the Reid Technique—a psychological interrogation method designed to break down a suspect’s resistance. In murder cases, these interrogations can last for exhausting, continuous hours, leading innocent suspects to comply just to make the process stop. Investigators also frequently feed non-public crime facts to the suspect during these intense sessions, which later makes the false confession look authentic to a jury. [1, 2, 3]

2. Extreme Vulnerability of Suspects
The data shows a massive demographic skew regarding who falsely confesses to murder. According to FalseConfessions.org, 63% of false confessors in these cases were under the age of 25, and nearly a third were juveniles under 18. Additionally, a significant portion suffer from intellectual disabilities or mental illness. Youth and cognitively impaired individuals are highly susceptible to suggestion, pressure, and false promises made by police (such as "if you confess, you can go home"). [1, 2, 3]

3. The Threat of the Death Penalty
The death penalty does play a documented, coercive role, but it often operates during the interrogation room phase rather than as a calculated pretrial plea deal. Analysis by the Death Penalty Information Center (DPIC) shows that false confessions are more than 3 times more likely to occur when police or prosecutors explicitly threaten a suspect with execution. Faced with the terrifying prospect of the death penalty, an innocent person may provide a false confession believing they can sort it out later in court. [1, 2, 3]

Once again, I will repeat, this in no way should be interpreted as anything more than questioning the overall impact of the supposed "11 confessions" that the prosecutor has alleged. I have no idea if Tyler is guilty or not, or if there were more people involved and Tyler was only one of them, or if he is a patsy. I don't know. Let the court figure that out. I am only questioning what "11 confessions" means when the guy who "confessed" pleads not guilty.

"Prosecutors allege"

It's not really at all funny that you attempt to take issue withe over the word, alledge, earlier in this thread.
And now mock the word as you put quotation marks around, "prosecutors allege."

You don't know anything about the American system of justice. And yet you drone on.

I would attempt to educate you about the American system of criminal justice as pertains to our courts. However, you demonstrate you are opposed to education,so your proud ignorance shall have to continue.

I have not exaggerated regarding anything to do with this case. Nor do prosecutors.

You however, have championed aisr,a slanderer,a defamer, in one Candace Legion Owens.

You oppose the facts in this case.

The fact is he pled not guilty. That is his official confession.
No,that's his official plea.
Defendants who have signed confessions to police will plead not guilty at arraignment. That's proforma.

Why this is isn't something I will tell you. Because again, you are opposed to education.

You ignore the two posts that inform you of the legal definitions of Confession!

Which knocks out cold your issue with my saying Tyler confessed. He did! 11 times!

Oh,but that's right. You didn't watch the prosecutor video where he lays out the States case at the preliminary hearing.

It might be that he is guilty, in which case it is a mute point,
No,it is not a moot point.

but claiming that he has confessed is different spin on what is in fact.
That his confessions are now a matter of record,as evidence,is a fact.
Why is it that people who claim Tyler Robinson confessed don't actually quote him?
Yeah, what are all those proofs of his confessions on the record anyway?

His quotes,on the record. His texts on the His roommates testimony on the record. A roommate who took a picture of Tyler's confession text to him.
Why is it if he in fact did confess 11 times that he hasn't confessed to the police?
Because he was read his rights, which includes the right to remain silent. Because anything he says can and will be used against him in a court of law.

Or to the court?
Because he has pleaded not guilty. As is his right.

Or pled guilty?
Because the burden of proof is on the State! Not the defense.

Everything in evidence, including his 11 confessions, the DNA, ETC....
are evidence, property,of the State Prosecutor. And,will be used against him in court.

He pleads not guilty. The burden is on the State to prove Tyler To inspn,by a preponderance of the evidence,is guilty as charged beyond a reasonable doubt.

Given the evidence, per the preliminary hearing, he's toast.

If found guilty he shouldn't get the Death Penalty.
He should be put in general population. Where the DP can arrive any minute. For the rest of his life, without possibility of parole.

I reposted this because I've found even proof reading prior to post doesn't prevent textual errors here.

Lord Jesus we thank you that there are many on this thread who are praying for the truth. We pray reveal the truth. We desire to know what is right. Please help us discern what is right from what is almost right. Thank you Lord you have promised that whatever we ask of You in Your name You will do. So we ask in the name of Jesus Christ that the truth be revealed concerning all who were involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, this includes anyone who may have planned, prepared, financed, or attempted to cover up and obstruct an investigation. We stand on the blood of Jesus Christ our righteousness in presenting this petition to the throne of God, and we present this petition to God the Father, according to Your word, let this be done. Your Son has promised that what we ask You will do, and so we pray that You, Father God, would hear this petition and answer it so that Your Son would be glorified. Amen and Amen.

Matthew 6
5“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

This is so precious. The first broadcast of the Charlie Kirk show that features ,Charlie and Erika.🧡🧡
