It's like everything else in belief some believe this way and some another way but it's an injustice to assume since one does it everyone else does it.
The NT indicates that divine love is the normative experience indicative of salvation/Spirit baptism and filling
(Rom. 5:5, Gal. 5:6, 22-23). SIT in Acts 2:4 was an anomaly during the transition from the OT to NT. Later it was learned
that not everyone has the same gifts (1Cor. 12:1-11), but every saved sinner (soul/saint) should/will reflect God's love
(1Cor. 13:1-13).
