Christmas and the New Year aren't far away! I'm not sure about everyone here, but for myself, this year definitely whizzed by.

So for those celebrating either or both holidays, what are some things you are wishing for? Any particular Christmas gift requests or for a safe and sound holiday get together? Any New Years intentions/resolutions?

My Christmas wish is that PopClick's heart will grow three sizes and, thusly, she will spread holiday cheer rather than troll Tintin. :p

I'll get my gifts at Saint Nicolas Eve (technically speaking tonight, but we celebrate it this weekend.)
I'll probably get some socks and a sweater or something... plus a chocolate letter ofcourse.

Christmas here is nothing fancy... church, dinner with the inlaws and my wife's grandma (God bless her)
will bring a roulade (ew) that we have to consume as a family. ('No more for me thank you, I'm full.')

New Year's Eve means a lot of fireworks. I'll make some 'oliebollen' (dutch doughnuts) too.

That we all have a better year next year...I think I think that every year..but it's been pretty good this year though :)

Would just like a good roast on xmas day. and I want to give up a 5 year smoking habit starting on new years, I've been trialing it recently.

Hope and pray everyone else gets all their basic needs met.

Very nice! I hope you find the strength to kick the habit! That roast beast doesn't sound too bad, either. ;)
