umm none of it I guess since it is all of God's will so to change or take away from it would be to go against that which is righteousness however if you backed me into a corner I would have to say the commandments about sex since it's probably the single hardest commandment to follow im my opinion. However if God re-wrote the bible that would make him a liar sooo then we would have a hard time trusting him

I do not know, but I have no reason to believe he would introduce another testament.
I would change nothing.

Yep, leviticus serves as a bit of a description.
Also, I believe theres a word you should ook into called "Sanhedrin".

Thats the context, its actually very fair if you think about it. And so while eyes being gouged out may not have happened so often, fights would have so yes it was relevant.

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image = Genocide
Doesn't really seem fair as a punishment in my opinion as genocide in "God's" eyes equals killing entire cities of men, women, children and animals or you can keep some girls alive for raping in some cases so hows that a fair punishment for one persons actions?
Just Imagine if that happened today.

Nations etc were only ever invaded and taken over in cases of extreme evil and barbaric behaviour. And it still happens today, when a leader gets too evil or spouts off against God or His people the end of his political reign is imminent.
God is exempt from his own rules. He created everything and He can choose to destroy everything too. The Lord giveth, the Lord taketh away.

Again eye for an eye was a part of a law for the nation of Israel, in their legal justice system. It wasnt a universal law, or a spiritual law, it was a political one. The law was derived from Gods justice though just as His destroying of completely evil nations was.

God is not exempt. God is the standard of Moral Goodness. He does not violate his own nature. He cannot lie, steal, etc..
The issue here is Justice. Issueing Justice is part of God's Moral Goodness.
This book will be very helpful with the OT.
