In some lone wolf terror attacks I think the perpetrators are paid or manipulated mentally to act out.

Keep the fear alive. Then government has cause to clamp down more and more under the guide of national security.

Look at what's happening in Great Britain after they allowed refugees in. Germany too.

Look at America and the number of Muslims in or running for office.
