We're getting close to 9/11 again. Soon after the attack, I was reading the book of Daniel. There's sure a lot in Daniel to think about but Daniel 9:11 really caught my attention. Daniel means God as judge or judgment of God. The number 9 means finality of judgment and the number 11 means disorder or chaos. So Daniel 9:11 could be translated to mean the judgment of God with the resulting misery. If you read the verse, it teaches that those who transgress and depart from God's law are cursed as it is written in the law of Moses. Reading the verses written by Moses in Deut. 28:15-45 should open all our eyes. The curses were against Israel. So how could that have anything to do with us? Israel could mean the nation of Israel or it could mean the dispersed people of Israel or it could mean those who worship the God of Israel. The people of Israel are everywhere (Israel means those who prevail with God). Ephraim, the grandson of Jacob (Israel), was prophesied by Jacob to become a multitude of nations (Gen.48:19). So are those, than, who prevail with God the children of Israel? Are we and all those who worship the God of Israel the Israel of God as written in Gal. 6:16? If we understand what Daniel 9:11 could mean and we all know what happened on 9/11/01, was the attack on that day a freaky coincidence or was it God's judgment? Who knows. I think every one of us have already made up our minds about that. But those who are of my persuasion should never stop believing Psalm 91 because if 9/11 was God's judgment on this nation, he's only just started (Luke 21:25-26). Please remember the day of prayer tomorrow called for by the President for the people of Texas.

I was around during 9/11 & what I saw contradicts what the “news” was putting out. The twin towers were losing money by the bucket full. The twin towers were a redhearing to investors. They could not get a permit to demolish the buildings so what do you do?

Our government used this as an excuse to go to war causing even more loss of life. ButI digress, 9/11 is for historians to wright about. I for one am moving on.
