To say, God dosn't answer prays, is :not good, then people might start doubting, and doubt is what took hold of EVe, when she thought she wasn't completed created perfectly by God. Thoughts of doubt, are the logic, we need to believe by faith. Doubting that God dosn't answer prayers, next would be why pray then. He might not hear, or care, which is a lie. God hears us when we pray, in faith believing as his words say.
