I may have posted this in time past, but it's on my heart to do so now, so here we go:
2,600 years ago, the God of the OT issued a challenge in Isaiah 41:21-24 KJV to every other "god" out there: prove your divinity by declaring what the future holds. He then proceeds to mercilessly mock them as impotent and abominable.
Now, if I were Allah, Baal, Zeus, or whatever and heard the God of the OT say that, I'd have angrily assembled my "prophets" immediately and said, "Listen up, men, write down these future revelations of events so that I can both prove to all I am divine and also shut that big fat mouth of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob's God.
2,600 years later, not a single one has stepped up to the challenge.
All systems of religion are pretty much the same: they all have lavish houses of worship, priesthoods ordained with impressive garb, rituals, "holy" writings, signs/wonders/miracles, and even a "father/mother/child deity and savior" counterfeit to "three that bear record in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost". But, one thing sets Bible religion apart from all these others: prophecy. While the Bible is filled with some of the most remarkable predictions of events to come with an astounding degree of specificity and accuracy of fulfillment, the pagan world boasts nothing of the kind. This is because Satan is the author of all false religions and, being a creature as are you and I, cannot say for certain what will happen tomorrow, let alone thousands of years into the future, as is the case in Scripture. Any apparent "prophetic fulfillment" on the part of paganism is always the result of wild associations or carefully orchestrated, previously planned events of history by the Luciferian societies which run the world.
So, isn't it a blessing to know that no matter how badly this world spirals out of control, God is still on the throne, He knew all these things would come to pass beforehand, He is still saving souls despite the ever-increasing opposition of the enemy, and that soon He will fulfill the greatest event to ever be predicted since the First Coming of Jesus: the Second Coming of Jesus. "Even so, come, Lord Jesus" . Amen.
