1Co 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Gal 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
Charity, love in action, works, is greater than faith.
No works of love, no faith, so we have to have works.
1Co 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Paul said without charity they are nothing, and they have erred from the faith.
The love of money is the root of all evil for it neglects the poor and needy, and love is the fulfilling of the law.
Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
Jas 2:15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
Jas 2:16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Jas 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
James said without charity their faith is dead, and a person is justified by works, and not faith alone.
For charity, love in action, works, is greater than faith, and faith works by love.
Paul and James says the same thing.
1Jn 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
1Jn 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
John said if they do not have charity then the love of God does not dwell in them, so do not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed, works, and in truth.
We are saved by faith, and not by works when we first confess Christ, but when we receive the Spirit then a person is justified by works of love, and not faith alone.
That means that all the people that believe the prosperity Gospel, and go by their wants, their faith is dead, and they fall victim to the love of money is the root of all evil.
Which is a lot of people in America.
1Co 13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
1Co 13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
1Co 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
1Co 13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Charity does not think an evil thought, and does not sin by the Spirit.
We have to have works of love for us to have faith after we receive the Spirit.
When United Nations Agenda 21/30 goes in to affect all bank accounts, owning of houses, and owning of property are seized, and all people are equal economically only going by their needs.
Then many people that claim Christ will not be violating love by them going by their wants that is not a necessity.
2Ti 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
1Co 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
A Spirit led life will not sin so there is no excuse, and the Lord knows them that are His having this seal, for this is what seals the saints, and causes them to be led of the Spirit, that everyone that names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
2Ti 3:4 lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Some people hold unto sin and believe they still have salvation, and if they say they sin daily then they are holding unto sin, and there is no excuse for a Spirit led life can abstain from sin.
They are being led of the flesh thinking they have salvation.
Heb 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
Heb 10:27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
If they hold unto sin then the blood of Jesus cannot wash the sin away.
There are too many people that are hypocrites that holds unto sin, and think they have salvation, and they cannot abstain from sin.
If they want to enjoy sin they should have the right attitude and know they can abstain from sin by the Spirit, and to have a relationship with God.
People without the Spirit will hold unto sin, and say they cannot abstain from sin, or they do not have to abstain from sin, but people with the Spirit will know they have to abstain from sin to be right with God.
For with that attitude is how they are led of the Spirit, for a person must hate sin, and not want sin before the Spirit will lead them.
And when a person sins they did it on purpose, and is what they wanted to do, and nobody twisted their arm, and they could of chose the good, so where is the excuse for sin.
If the world cannot sin how much more is a Christian not to sin.
But like I said when Agenda 21/30 goes in to affect they will not get to enjoy their wants anymore for they will only get their needs.
No money to save, no property to own, no vacations, no travel, no wants for they will all be gone.
Then many Christians will stop being greedy for their wants, and spending money on things that are not a necessity, and loving money.
