I was thinking about what it means to be in ongoing repentance and in ongoing faith, as they are unified in biblical thought, this is what i came up with and i hope its a powerful blessing to you, as its been to me.

Repentance is the aspect of burning out sin (hence turning from sin to continual righteousness), faith is the aspect of the source of burning out sin, being Christ Alone.
 
Repentance is a work of God whereby we turn FROM sin.
Faith is a work of God whereby we turn TO God through His Son Jesus Christ.
The two are inseparably linked.
