Professor Nelson: My dear, I am not sure love is as simple as you make claim. I have been in my relationships and have found them to be quite flavorless. Can't we just call it a contract of agreed sentiments?

Miss Cilicia: Of course not. What is this thing called love you have constructed? Let me explain. I love you not because of what you have done in your life, what you have in your life, or what you will have in your life. I love you for you. You have forgotten our foundation my love. It is my Lord God that holds me to you. He will be there when we say "I do" and be there when we say we "cannot go on."

Professor Nelson: You believe God can really do all that? I have never considered it to be so simple... I am quite serious that we should be have some form of agreement that holds us together. Something tangible my dear. Not just symbolic like a ring or a wedding, but something that has incentive to keep us up and holding hands.

Miss Cilcia: Look at me. Just look look at me.

Miss Cilcia smiles as Professor Nelson takes a deep look into her eyes. He cannot help but feel uncomfortable examining the woman his loves in this manner. She has always been the apple of his eye without any question, but having to appraise her was something he never fully considered.

Professor Neslon: My love, I see a world of enormous quality through those windows to the soul. How weak is my understanding of such phenomenon. I am only certain of what I see.

Miss Cilcia: Oh Nelson, I know God will show you the truth. Hold my hand and I will show you what love looks like. I was not born with this. My Lord showed me what quality is. I will show you how to love. I will show you by living according to the teachings of a Man whose whole life was love.

Professor Nelson: Bless'd are you my angel. I only know how to know what is known. But you tell me of a world things I cannot see. My heart, the very foundations of my beings, clings to the words you are now speaking; as if I was the reason for my existence. This Man you speak, show me who He is and I will follow Him the rest of my life.

Miss Cilcia: Close your eyes my love and open your heart to God's understanding. Let us walk now to the place where we can find peace and joy unending. It may not be today or tomorrow, but I know the day is coming where it will begin. My happy ever after.
