Kidding aside, I am amazed at His presence in nature in a simple but most powerful statement.
Just as nations place their confidence, as I read the news, in armaments and arbitration (as the whim takes them)
and neglect the worship of God as the only security,
so individuals may easily place confidence in the amenities of society,
in civilized entrenchments, in a good home and a good situation, and belittle the one abiding security - IN GOD!
This picture is a reminder of how living in a child-like faith is the answer to all of life's complicated and difficult situations as we remain in Christ.
