So my friend is going through a very, very rough patch right now. Her uncle was just arrested for attempting to kill her brother, his wife, and himself. Her mother was also just diagnosed with lung cancer. Also, a couple of other problems are going on involving school and such. She has a history of depression and has attempted suicide before. Please pray for her. If you think it will help, her name is Jessica.

Prayer definitely changes things. Is Jessica a believer? While many can pray for her, there is a significant difference when we hold a personal audience with our Lord. A great first step in helping your friend would be to find out if she has ever accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Saviour. Only He can stand in the battle of depression and bring us up when we hit rock bottom.
My prayers are with Jessica, her family, and also with you. May God lead you and direct you in your friendship with Jessica.

Jessica and her family are in my prayers in Jesus Christ is Lord.

God bless.
